The person at reception was very rude and said "ya hotel nahi dhaba hai" and no pick and drop service no room service terrible experience

We did not stay at sajjan and asked them to refund the amount and hotel said that in case make my trip asks them they will do so

I have visited this hotel first time as my friend recommended this hotel also came , it was such a nice experience, I absolutely love it highly recommended it . Such a nice place to visit with your friends as well as family too , service was too good

I'm visiting this hotel second time and this time with my friends and I loved it again .. it's still same beautiful as always I love this hotel so much , service is top notch definitely visiting this hotel again and again , recommending this hotel for sure guys.

Our 2-day stay at Sajjan Niwas was truly delightful. The heritage charm of the hotel instantly takes you back in time, with its beautiful Rajasthani architecture and royal vibes. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with traditional decor that added a unique touch to the stay. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.

What an incredible stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient. I felt pampered throughout my stay!

The hotel manager was rude I had a visitor but he didi not allow the person to my room. He showed me a paper pasted on the wall that guests are not allowed in the rooms, which should have been mentioned before the booking and not on arrival and after charging the tarrif. He also offered me to leave the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel Sajjan Niwas at Jaipur

Property is very good , I like the food , hospitality and the behaviour or the staffs and they also provide swimming pool which I enjoy the most , rooms are neat and clean and location of the property is also good . This property also gives traditional Jaipur vibes . Highly recommended

This hotel has a beautiful decor throughout and it is a pleasure to stay in. The pool is lovely and ideal to cool down on a hot day. The rooftop restaurant offers delicious and reasonably priced meals and the included breakfast was great too. Rooms are spacious air conditioned and traditional in design and have a balcony too. It is in a quiet area but within easy reach of the main attractions and the hotel can help to organise taxis and trips too. It is family run and everyone is friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the best in India for a reason. The staff was very welcoming and helped me make it a memorable stay. It was a special stay as I was there to celebrate, and all my requests were exceptionally adhered. Everything in this gem of a hotel is fantastic. We love this place and keep coming back
