達莫達拉沙漠豪華營地帳篷(Damodra Desert Camp)

Tentes de luxe avec air conditionné, électricité et salle de bain tout confort, très accueillant et propre! Le soir les hôtes sont accueillis au son du tambour, guirlandes de fleurs et pluie de pétales. Le dîner, d’habitude compris dans le prix, est excellent (cuisine indienne évidemment, mais le personnel c’est mis aux petits soins pour des touristes qui désiraient autre chose…!). Le soir spectacle de chants et danse pour le plaisir des grands et petits. Le tour proposé à dos de chameau (dromadaire) au coucher du soleil est saisissant et à conseiller. Le réveil en pleine nature au milieu de paons avec des dromadaires à l’état libre dans le terrain avoisinant n’a pas son égal! À conseiller sans modération!

Un lugar privilegiado, en el que me siento muy feliz de haber conocido y disfrutado. Pasamos un día mágico, tanto durante el día rodeados de paz, tanto por la noche con un atardecer precioso acompañado de unos músicos excelentes, un lugar que no voy a olvidar. El personal muy atento y amable. Lo recomiendo mucho. Gracias por todo.

The warm hospitality, personalised attention of the owner and staff is unique. The tent rooms with attached bathrooms are clean, spacious, extremely comfortable with all modern amenities. The food is something that stays in one’s memory : local cuisines cooked in homely style, veg and non veg. Don’t miss the star-gazing opportunity from the roof top of the desert camp and sunrise with wild peacocks all around you. The camp takes special care to preserve the nature around. Would love to return.

This camp blew our minds away. Only ten of them and so we felt this was quite peaceful and away from the noise, hustle and bustle. We had asked for a Twin room and we got one with AC and Heater options. Unlimited water bottles in the room. We also had hot water in the toilet. Mr Prithvi Singh their owner is always available and hands on with running the camp. He is helpful and approachable. Their staff were extremely helpful and prompt. We loved the desert experience and the cultural program. The dinner had traditional Rajasthani items which we enjoyed a lot. Me and my friend asked for hot rotis and they went out of their way and made for us. Their breakfast spread was also nice. Overall a great experience here. I would recommend Damodra if you planning a desert camp. NS

We stayed one night at this camp. It was one of the most memorable highlights of my 3 weeks in India. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The booking process was transparent and efficient. Online description was accurate. The owner Prithvi Singh was there to greet us and he and the staff went on to make our stay comfortable in every way. Tents were clean, comfortable and well equipped. They were heated and we had our private bathrooms which were well appointed with hot showers! :) Food was very good. Getting up to watch sunrise with blankets and hot tea to watch the peacocks was a beautiful experience. The camp made the arrangements for the camel and jeep safari which the young people in the family loved. The evening program was surprisingly good and interactive:) The owner and staff truly try to accommodate the guests: including getting a birthday cake at short notice. Overall a great experience! Can’t think of any way the stay could have been improved. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience in the camp. Provided with all the lavish facilities one could dream of. Soothing environment, yummy food, desert safari, camel ride and everything was top notch. Mr. Prithvi is a generous person with great hosting ability.

A serene environment, a very hospitable staff , food is just on point . The owner has curated the place very peculiarly simple small and beautiful thar desert stay . A must visit . Alot of desert camps will make you feel cramped with crowd but damodara does it differently .

Had a fabulous time at the camp which is off the beaten track, quiet and serene, with lots of beautiful peacocks and stars clearly visible in the night sky. The tents have beautiful Rajasthani motifs and are comfortable. Mr Prithvi and his team were very hospitable and friendly; right from the staff in the restaurant,reception and room service, to the staff who took us on the camel rides to the sand dunes. They have an excellent group of cultural performers, who entertained with song, dance and puppet shows. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful desert camp. Everything about the place is awesome starting from the ambience to the hospitality to the stay , the food. The camp is serene with dancing peacocks and birds in it. Peaceful serene and nature at its best. A special mention of the host Mr. PRITHVIRAJ SINGH who is undoubtedly the most amazing host in the world. Our 2nd visit to the camp and will certainly love yo visit the camp again ...
