葛登豪斯旅館的評價

飯店位置不錯，設施也一般，但管理糟糕透頂。我支付了額外的費用申請提前入住，結果被安排在隔壁酒店，直到中午12點房間才準備好。更令人震驚的是，飯店員工在我離開期間竟然把我的行李從房間搬到了別的地方。我回來後質問，他們卻讓我接受，好像這是家常便飯。旅館老闆雖然一開始還算熱情，但之後堅決不肯承認是員工的失誤。看來，員工隨意移動客人的個人物品對他們來說早已是家常便飯。附圖顯示了他們把房間交給我時有多糟糕。

Good rooms but lacks maintenance, geyser wasn't working. Service is satisfactory, could be improved. Rooftop view is wonderful.

It was really amazing experience and the hospitality was also fabulous. Very shortly i will reach back in mid january here.

Food though not booked but ordered from hotel restaurant was excellent. Hotel nicely arranged sam dune desert safari and taxi drop to next destination jodhpur

We booked Golden view after going through the reviews. Good experience. Rooms are fabulous. Hotel can be considered to be a well decorated, beautifully crafted Haveli. Cleanliness top notch with very supportive staff. Room was super spacious with great furnishings. They have roof top restatuant from which fort can be seen. Food is good and tasty and the staff prepares everything on demand. However the roof top was closed during our visit and we ordered vide room service. Complimentary breakfast was good and tasty but with limited options. Fixed menu, Can add more variety. But they make with care and quantity is very good. Overall very nice stay for 2 days. The property is very near to Hanuman Circle and has 3 good restaurants nearby. Close to all prominent places and fort is very very near. But, to sum up fantastic property and interiors. Very supportive front reception. Thank you and Three Cheers. Will definitely visit once in Jasialmer.

I highly recommend The Golden House Jaisalmer; one of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen in India. Everything was very tidy and clean. The rooms were very cozy and spotless. The staff was very kind, hospitable and helped us in every moment. They know how to make your Jaisalmer experience great. Their desert package with a camel ride and a night under the stars is superb!

We had an amazing stay at Golden House. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure all of our needs were met and the food was absolutely amazing!! Shout out to the chef who kept us well fed our entire visit :) The rooms are also very spacious and clean. Definitely a great place to stay that is close to the fort, while staying in Jaisalmer. We hope to return one day. Thank you for everything!

Room was clean and hygienic. Hotel staff and owners were accommodating and kind. Food was ok. Location is ok.

Hotel is normal don't go with the photos only the front side of hotel is not good. No cleanliness, staff is good and poli. But all around experience is ok not so good take just next hotel imperial or rupal something the main road touch hotel is good

Rooms bathrooms were near and clean, however one of the rooms was short of accessories that were made up partially. Food supplied was fresh and made as per our taste and requirements. Staff was nice and cordial. All in all a comfortable stay and i won't hesitate repeating the stay there in future.

Cleanliness- the best thing that sets this place apart. The room and bathroom were so hygienic and well maintained that this is definitely one of the cleanest hotels we have been to. The place is beautifully decorated and gives the vibe of the heritage of Jaisalmer. The restaurant is located on rooftop and the staff takes personal care to cater to all our needs. The only negative thing about the place is lack of elevators. Those with senior citizens or physically challenged need to be mindful of the stairs. Everything else was just perfect.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very neat & clean. Room size is also good. Staff is very co operative. I will strongly recommend this hotel to others. The hotels traditional look is also very nice.
