Die Lage unseres Bungalows war genial; direkt am Strand war es fantastisch, doch das war es auch schon. Das WLAN ist schlecht, das Bett zu klein (ich bin 1,86 m und hatte sieben Nächte lang Probleme) und die Matratze durchgelegen. Ich musste mir immer ein Kopfkissen unter meinen Rücken legen, damit ich halbwegs gerade liege.Der Wasserdruck in den Bungalows war sehr schwach und man hatte Sorge beim Spülen nach dem Toilettengang. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Jeden Tag dasselbe. Es gab nur zwei Eier, egal ob Omelett oder Spiegelei, zwei kleine Würstchen, zwei kleine Stücke Butter und zwei kleine Pancakes. Hat man davon etwas vergessen zu bestellen und wollte es nachbestellen, hat es gekostet. Wollte man mehr Würstchen oder Eier bestellen, hat es gekostet. Kostenlos und fast unbegrenzt gab es Tee, Kaffee, Toastbrot und Gemüsesalat. Einen kleinen, beschaulichen Obstteller gab es vorweg zum Frühstück. Die weibliche Bedienung ist unfreundlich und strahlt eine gewisse Abneigung gegenüber den Gästen aus. Das bestellte Frühstück erhielt man nach ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten.

Un boutique hotel Intimo, curato, fronte spiaggia, buona cucina, una graziosa piscina, tanta gentilezza e Dorah una massaggiatrice super che si prenderà cura di voi. Se cercate un posto così venite al Seaviewlodge e godetevi la magia delle maree .

Déception totale. Hormis la vue mer rien n'est à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Je ne comprend pas les avis positifs des clients. Chambres vieilles et sales, service inexistant nourriture médiocre. Ce resort a dû avoir ses heures glorieuses il y a longtemps et pour ce prix (150 usd par nuit) il y a de bien meilleurs plans à jambiani. J'ai exprimé ma déception au jeune directeur italien qui semble être conscient de la situation mais qui est dépendant du proprietaire

Un cadre exceptionnel et paradisiaque . L'hôtel dispose d'un personnel réactif et aux petits soins, que ce soit pour le menage, l'accueil ou la restauration. La sécurité est assurée jour et nuit mais il est aussi possible de visiter la ville et ses restaurants tranquillement.Un endroit parfait pour des vacances inoubliables et paisibles .

Abbiamo festeggiato il nuovo anno in questo lodge in una posizione perfetta e rilassante, siamo stati benissimo. Mauro è il manager, per noi italiani avere un riferimento come lui è stato eccezionale.. È gentilissimo ma discreto, non invadente ma super disponibile ed è accompagnato da uno staff del posto adorabile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e la nostra camera vista mare è stata una garanzia. Cibo ottimo. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

We stayed at Sea View Lodge for a week and, while the location is undeniably great – right on the beach and close to everything in Jambiani – our overall experience was mixed. The food was fresh and did improve slightly each day, but the menu was repetitive and quickly became monotonous. For a week-long stay, we expected more variety and creativity. Cleanliness was inconsistent. Our room was not always cleaned to a satisfactory standard, and we noticed issues with the bathroom and common areas on several occasions. We also had to remind staff about basic housekeeping more than once. Service was hit or miss. Two people in the restaurant (a male waiter and a young woman) were genuinely friendly and attentive, and one person at reception was helpful – but the rest of the staff seemed uninterested or unmotivated, which affected the overall atmosphere. No major problems occurred, but the lack of attention to detail and the average food and cleaning standards mean we can only give Sea View Lodge a maximum of 4 out of 5. With some improvements in staff training and more focus on maintaining cleanliness, this could be a much better place. We recommend it for the location and a few standout staff members, but management needs to step up to meet the expectations of guests staying for more than just a couple of nights.

Unless you have never ever travel this hotel is the worth I ve ever experience with my family. See my pictures. It's a total.joke not saying something else to stay polite. There is no care in this hotel. Its abandoned. I only notice something good. The pancake in the morning are quite good. But would you pay this price for 2 3 pancake in the morning while having a terrible experience.

We stayed in one of the beach front bungalows for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Our holiday got off to a horrible start as our luggage got stuck in Dubai but management and staff at Sea View Lodge were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed while waiting for our luggage. Cannot wait to return!

We spend 4 nights here at the end of our 2 week Kenya/Tanzania safari. The staff were very quick to respond to our emails and organised our airport transfer and welcomed us with smiles. We stayed in the beachfront huts no 10 and 11 which were beautiful and right on the white sandy beach. We had very good powered showers with hot water all day and sun beds right outside our huts. We booked half board. The breakfast consisted of fruit plates, and also cooked breakfast which was lovely especially with the view of the ocean and the hotel is location on the right side to be able to watch the beautiful sunrise. Many dinner options but I liked the calamari the best and it was very filling as 3 courses. During high tide the gentle waves came up close to the fence and the water was warm. During the few hours of low tide it was nice walking on the wet sand along the beach. We did this in the mornings and also after dinner. Its a public beach so there were kids hanging out by the fence in front of our hut asking for drinks and biscuits but they never came into the hotel and hotel staff seemed to be keeping an eye in the background so it all felt very safe. Was good to see the local kids and tourists play football on the beach. The hotel organised a Fishing trip for us with the locals which was a lot of fun and they cooked our catch for dinner too! The cave for swimming 20min wakk away is worth a visit and we took a drumming class there too. Also recommend taking a quick taxi drive and the short boat ride to visit the Rock restaurant! Overall we loved the place and was sad to leave. Very friendly place, beautiful location.
