賈姆穆遺產民宿(Heritage Homestay)

me and my family checked in quite late at night into this property after a long drive from Srinagar. we were all extremely tired and were met with a room where the bedsheets had hair on them and the whole linen was smelling of body oil. the bed linen was not even dusted, leave alone laundered and changed. the bathroom was dirty, including the pot and the sink. the toilet jet was broken and was spraying water everywhere. to top it all, there was a condom wrapper left behind from a previous visitor in the bedside drawer! this is what is being marketed in the name of "so called" heritage home. It is a unclean place PERIOD. Please do not get swayed by all the reviews on Google, as I did. They are hugely unreliable and misdirect people. There was no staff what so ever to help with carrying bags, etc. I do not think it is fair to operate a property which has no support staff to maintain and ***age it.
