Ottimo hotel, funzionale con buone aree comuni e camere spaziose. Bagno comodo e ben fornito di accessori. Ottimo il ristorante a buffet con gran varietà di cibo e ottima qualità. La miglior scelta a Jammu.

Very good service.Nice food and amenities.Staff were very kind and polite. A sincere thank to Noor, the delightful and helpful girl at the lobby! Her assistance made the entry seamless and welcoming. With a warm smile Noor provided clear directions and offered valuable information about the hotel amenities. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my stay!!

We had to make sudden plans to visit to visit Jammu for our wedding anniversary. The check in was smooth process.Upon knowing that we are here for our anniversary.The staff decorate our room beautifully and even arrange a delicious cake for us..Thanks for making our stay the best one!

My experience at Radisson Blu Jammu was marred by a disappointing check-in encounter. Traveling with elderly parents and small children, I requested a brief delay in presenting our identity proofs as they were packed away in our luggage. However, the response from Mr. Kunal, the front desk staff member, was incredibly rude and lacking in empathy. Despite explaining our situation, Mr. Kunal was unwilling to accommodate our simple request and displayed a disappointing lack of courtesy. Feeling unheard and disrespected, I was left with no choice but to consider alternative accommodation options. It was disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially as a frequent traveler who values efficiency and understanding from hotel staff. Regrettably, this experience has soured my perception of Radisson Blu Jammu, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to others. The behavior exhibited by Mr. Kunal reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. As a result, I will be exploring other lodging options in the future, as my trust in Radisson has been significantly diminished.

The service experience was awesome. We are delighted with the servise specially Sup Ashish ,Su*** and Rupa were very helpful and made are holiday happy. Great work. Thanks to them...

Experience one of my best staying Experience and I can suggest to all who are traveling to jammu for business and family trip's. And the specially thanks to ASHIS housekeeping supervisor he is really talking taking care of my room. He is very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The stay was great.There were a wide variety of dishes available for all the meals.the house keeping and engineering staff are varry kind and polite and do a great job everyday. Ashish house keeping supervisor and ***u engineering were extremely nice and ensured that I had a great stay.

It was very good stay...... Ashis housing support good taking care of our floor.the cleaning of the hotel is very nice.try once here whenever you been in Jammu.... the hotel staffs are very nice behaviour and helpful... thank you Radisson Blu team...😀
