They did not have my booking so shifted in another hotel, very pathetic experience, we never recommend make my trip through booking,

The hotel was very nice in a very quiet location, the management staff was also very operative, the service was also very good, it was a very nice experience.

We book an elegance room, as we reach hotel they said all room are book. They gave down grade room, room are to short, bed face is in front of washroom door which was pathetic.

We stayed overnight after reaching jamnagar from bangalore. The next day we left to dwarka and vacated. The property is a little far off from the city but good enough. Has a restaurant inside and serves the purpose. Rooms are clean and good.

Air conditioner not working, washroom flush not working, room not maintained not happy with the services

I had a very bad experience from this hotel the staff's behaviour was too rude and we reached there around 11:30 pm with the family after long distance training and they denied for check in and asked for extra money

It is near a rail track so you understand what i'm talking about. The room is small and the fan was also not working. The paint is running out from the wall. I suggest adding some 200 to 300 you will be a better hotel than this.

The room of hotel very congested. There are no space for movement. The space inside bathroom is lesser and very congested. Curtains of windows are not properly openable. The place is good.

Perfect place to stay my parents visited here they are very happy. Positive vibes, staff is so cooperative.

Room was very small. Bed linens were stained. Bathroom knob wasn’t working. Staff was average and polite. Would not recommend for long stays.

An excellent hotel with well trained staff and professionally managed property. Rooms are small but well managed & well equipped. Everything in the room & bathroom is well-maintained & works properly. A rooftop restaurant with a rich menu & good taste adds considerable value. The reception & room service is also very professional, polite & supportive. Hotel management seems to be very much focused towards customer care...... like they offer a round the clock menu....they serve tea/coffee in thermos-flask..all services are with smiles & a decent staff-uniform. Cleanliness & hygin is visible in the entire property. Sufficient perking space with security guard. You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel.......... real value for money. Highly recommended. Appreciable efforts by management & staff.....keep continue the good work.

it was totally unhygienic , totally disappointed with the hotel no toiletries, no water nothing was there and things the provide us was already used 🙌🏻

Hostel staff was very polite. Rooms and washrooms were clean. However, rooms and washrooms were very small.
