This hotel is really great. We stayed for 10 days. If you plan to visit Jamshedpur, stay here! The staff is very nice and helpful, the food is delicious, and the neighbourhood is nice and safe. We have never experienced this level of hospitality. The restaurant surprised us with new dishes to try. They also made sure that it wasn’t too spicy for us as a Dutch family. The waiters had such lovely smiles every morning that we couldn’t help but smile ourselves. Thanks a lot to the whole Ginger team.

Lower service quality stating that we were part of a wedding group and that they don’t don’t offer a hand towel! Why am I required to request for a hand towel? Is that not very basic? We still are your guests and expect the same service quality. We could hear the road noise and some loud music from nearby but luckily we were too tired to be bothered by it. Rooms were clean

I write as a frequent guest, staying 16+ days every alternate month, to commend the consistent excellence at Ginger Hotel, Jamshedpur. The operation, led effectively by Mr. Sanjit and Mr. Vikram, is flawless. ​The kitchen, under Chef Sushant and Pravin, delivers exceptional dining. The F&B service team—including Prakash, Birju, Nitu, Sarita, Akash, Aniket, and Prasenjit—is outstandingly professional and attentive. ​The room quality and hygiene are consistently impeccable. Thank you for making my long stays feel like a comfortable 'home away from home.' Highly recommended

Rooms are okay but not as good as expected. When it comes to food, I’d rate it 1 out of 5 — the taste is not great. The daily menu is almost the same, and the food doesn’t taste fresh. In the buffet, most of the dishes are served cold as there’s no proper use of heaters. The food service is also poor due to lack of staff, and we usually have to wait at least 10–15 minutes to get served.

This property gives more than a home feel , each & every Staff of Property are so much helpfull, co-operative & humbe just can't explain, Restaurant Chef's understand your taste once you are known to them , Only 1 Staff in this property to whom I hate the most is Tuhin who is always running a rule book , I am staying in this property since 15 year till then there is no change in service really I like this property the most

Nice hotel with good ambience but as per me rooms are small rest is good also they charge if you ask them more than 4 small water bottles in your room . Kitchen staff is good Prosanjit, Mithun , Raman they are really helpful
