Outstanding Stay – Truly More Than 5⭐ I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to the entire team for an exceptional stay at this hotel in Jeddah. From the very first moment at reception until check-out, everything was absolutely perfect. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, professional, and very welcoming. A special highlight was Ahlam (booking managmnet) the kitchen and the restaurant, which clearly deserve more than 5 stars. The food quality, service, and overall dining experience were outstanding. A big thank you to the restaurant team, the restaurant manager, and especially the chef — truly impressive. Hats off and a big round of applause. We are also extremely grateful for the early check-in provided to my parents, even though the official check-in time was 4:00 PM. This flexibility was greatly appreciated after their early arrival. Furthermore, the support provided to my parents throughout their stay was exceptional. They were traveling alone, and the team took excellent care of them, organizing everything they needed until departure. This was incredibly helpful and reassuring for our entire family. Many thanks to the hotel manager, the front desk team, and all staff members for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
