Horrible experience and terrible customer service. We arrive at 12pm, party of three. Booked mountain view room with two beds.
We unloaded our luggage, exhausted from our airline trip and proceeded to our room. Opened the door and there was a single bed. I immediately called the front desk to let them know that this was not the room we booked/paid for.supposd to be two queen beds with mountain view. Front desk said they would call me back. We sat in room waiting, FINALLY, manager calls me back and tells me that is only room available to us and because we booked through hotel.com you get whatever they have and that the room that I booked goes for $××× and that I paid $×××. He repeatedly told me this when I explained that there was three of us and one bed was not going to work and we were exhausted. He then told me that I was wasting his time and just wanted to argue with him. OMG. He was so condicending the whole conversation and then I had to literally calm myself down. I asked him not to speak to me that way. I was just floored. I literally heard him smack the phone then silence. I again said there are three of us, we are exhausted and the reservation stated three, not sure why you would think ONE bed would work and we need SOMETHING. He finally, offered to bring a cot for third person.
Around15 min. later desk calls back and a lady says we have a room for you two queens with mountain view.
The managernwas extremely rude, condicending and belittling
Almost 1am now.
