We were out in an area that the parking lot was not adequately shoveled. It was hard enough to get to the door that our rooms were near but when we got to the door plowing thru 6 inches of snow/ice, the key did not work in the lock. We had to pick our way thru 3 feet drifts AT THE ENTRY TO THE NEXT CLOSEST door. Not sure why the snow was pushed to the entry instead of the ba l of the parking lot. In addition when we got to our room it was part of a suite with an adjoining room. There was a door inside the room that lead to the door next to us. There was very little to stop us from hearing each other. We tried to use tv to drown out our neighbors (not their fault people do want to have their good time) the remote was bad. It was a miserable experience. For the last few months we have stayed at this hotel pretty regularly. After this last unpleasant experience we will not be returning.

Good location, very friendly staff. Only issue is the pool and gym were closed for renovation. the receptionist said 'tomorrow' but when I looked in there was still scaffolding and fans everywhere. also one of the meeting rooms has a sign that says 'not fit for occupancy' on it so not a good atmosphere as a guest, haha.

The suite represents great value. Lots of room for relaxing with a sofa, armchair, coffee table desk and chair. The carpeting is old and it would be nice to see a laminate flooring in it's place. Staff were good at the desk and the dining room. The cheesey eggs and sausage were delicious and are another great value. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance...

Everything was fine until about 11pm when we heard a very loud bang that sounded like either a gunshot or explosion. It was a little scary. Finally got to sleep but awakened to very loud banging noises and a woman’s voice at 3 am.

Very friendly, safe, and comfortable. I regularly stay here for shopping, and the service is great!

The room was freezing cold & took a long time to warm up. Only one regular coffee serving in the room. No CNN available on the TV. Cigarette butts on the ground at the entrance. Parking lot was very dark so we didn't feel safe walking in to the entrance. Breakfast table was not cleaned. Had sticky maple syrup all over it. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Very noisy guests in the middle of the night.

Has always been our favorite destination in Watertown. But over the years, the hotel is getting more and more rundown. Most of the staff and the breakfast is still amazing. On our last day the occupants in the next room partied with loud music and loud voices from 11 straight through nonstop to 7 AM. Let the staff know and said that they had already been warned twice. With nothing being done until we asked to be moved the next day to a different room.. very disappointed that staff already knew about the problem and hadn’t addressed it
