位置不錯，靠近一切。酒店很乾凈，工作人員很友好。

I was in town for a family emergency and I stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown on a Friday and Saturday night, it was a big mistake. There were loud parties going on, I could not sleep and had to call the front desk. The front desk sent security to investigate and eventually shut the party down,however, it was already 3am and I didn’t get much sleep that night. There was no parking. You either have to pay $40 a day for valet parking or park on the street. I parked on the street, another big mistake because my rental vehicle was vandalized. There were people kicking vehicles in the middle of the night on the street. The AC did not work well in the room. There were holes in the curtains. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels all over the world and have always loved my stay. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton hotel.

There was a water leak in the hotel, which resulted in us having to go to another hotel when we arrived to check in. It was a fairly smooth transaction, and the second hotel was very close and very nice, but it was a pretty major inconvenience. I should add that the woman working at the front desk at Embassy suites was amazing. I could tell that she was, exhausted, but she was incredibly professional, polite, apologetic and helpful. I should also add that Embassy suites paid for our hotel, so they definitely made things right for us.

I ran the Kentucky Derby Festival Marathon in April and while the hotel charges more that weekend due to the increased demand brought out by the marathon-they do nothing to accommodate their running guests. No later check-out times, no early pot of coffee or free bagels, or any other little amenity that hotels typically provide when their city hosts a marathon. This may be a decent hotel on most occasions but don’t stay here on the weekend of a marathon or other big race.

Booked a double size queen suite and they gave us a king suite. Then, no extra towels brought up, no extra bedding in the room. We had to call for everything. They did bring up an extra bed at no charge and and reduced the price for us. Beware that this can happen and they will just look at you and say that someone was checked in before you.

We checked in as 2 adults and 1 15 year old son. They changed our 2 queens to one king because we booked through 3rd party—had severa staff tell us that bluntly. Promised us a rollaway bed for son—-other guests had priority. Opened sofa bed to dirty sheets and a doll from a past guest. Rude staff. Will not stay again. I travel a lot for work—sometimes use 3rd party to book—-never been treated as poorly because of it than I was at this property. Stay elsewhere.

I use the embassy every time I travel, however, it was disappointing to see hair from previous guests in the bathroom, it was quite disgusting. The AC was not working properly, so I had to call someone to take a look. I know Louisville has a homeless problem, it’s sad to see, especially when they are inside the hotel asking for money.

Great stay. Staff was friendly and morning breakfast better than most. Would definitely stay again.
