I loved everything about my stay and the Breakfast was amazing and very accommodating for children I would stay there again

The staff was friendly, and there are decent dining options nearby. However, the bed we had at least, was terribly uncomfortable. I considered sleeping on the floor at one point, but did not, as I would have been cold with only having one blanket to share. The room we were in was in an atrocious location, on the first floor next to the fitness room. It seemed like it would be nice at first, because we had no direct neighbors, but we could hear people talking all night and opening and closing their room doors loudly. The room was clean , and the bathroom was decent. The breakfast wasn't bad, but I did not get any sleep and felt like I laid on a bag of bricks all night.

The night shift person was setting at the table with his ear buds in. Took me calling him 4 times. The smoke alarm started beeping low battery at 5 am

Great front desk clerk we checked in close to 11pm. Super nice and friendly would definitely stay again

Chris was very nice and helpful. Our problem was the a/c didn’t work in our room and it was like a sauna in there. Chris did move us to another room, but that one wasn’t much better. Still hot in there. For a room that cost over $100 a night in Festus, MO, I would expect better

The hotel clerk was very friendly, the room’s were comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing!

Is a little older but clean and comfortable. We were not there very long so did not even do the breakfast.

The staff was amazing. The sheets on my bed seemed a little messy when the duvet was pulled back. The rest of the room was neat and tidy, including the bathroom. The staff far outshine a couple of potholes and patches of ice on the sidewalk. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was good. The person overseeing the buffet was helpful and kind. I would stay here in the future.

An older property but kept up. Elevator broke just before Chris**as weekend but we were able to use stairs just fine. Thanks to Jessica and team for taking csre of us.
