The rooms are hit or miss. I stayed in one room that was perfect and another where several items in the room was damaged.

Staff were friendly and cared about our comfort. Room we stayed in was dark. It didn’t help a bulb in bed side lamp was burned out. It still would have been dark with that bulb working. Reported I as soon as we arrived and they said it would be fixed by next day. When we left on Sunday it still hadn’t been fixed

Overall the cleanliness was lacking. Front desk check in was difficult. They would not let me wife check into the hotel without me because she did not know the last four digits of the credit card used. Airconditioner makes alot of noice everytime it turns on. Elevator floor and carpets were very dirty. Does not appear that they have full time cleaning staff.

They need to review their rooms and rewrite the descriptions for accessibility. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms booked were to be accessible and were chosen based on the room type description in the listing to match the specific needs of our families. 1 was to be wheelchair accessible with roll in shower, shower seat and bathroom grab bars, they received a hearing impaired room with a tub. The other was to have grab bars in bathroom shower and toilet area, received no grab bars in bathroom at all. The front desk was able to put a shower seat in the tub which was helpful but they only had one so the other room was left to struggle with balance while getting ready. The rooms were nice just need relabeling or adding grab bars to shower and toilet areas to match listing would be great.

I was more than pleasantry surprised with this hotel! I had a surgery done and we wanted to be close by. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and friendly even though other customers were being rude to him for another employees mistake. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. I had brought my own pillows from home so it was a great sleep! Nice breakfast too!

Stayed just for one night. Checkin and checkout was quick and service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Outdoor area had a nice sitting area with plenty of chairs and couch. Room was nice and clean. Mattress was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. As soon as you laid down, the pillow was completely flat causing neck strain. Other than the pillows it was a wonderful stay and would stay again. Did not checkout the pool or had breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would recommend (just bring your own pillows :)

Great lobby. Nice staff. Room good except shower had mold which bothered me. Good breakfast but no gluten free options. Exterior very clean and nice.

New place so what's not to like. The TV in the room didn't work but we were there just for the night so didn't bother calling down. Staff was great.

Was okay, half the lights in the room did not work. There is no direct lights over area, which is really odd. Free breakfast was good, standard but good.
