We had a delightful stay at the charming White Oak Manor. Self check-in is easy and efficient. There is ample parking in front and room for two cars under the carport. David’ s hot breakfast is delicious. He prepared his stuffed croissant recipe along with potato pancakes and plenty of coffee! The location is within walking distance to the historical downtown. Our bed was comfortable and the room had with many amenities. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed the White Oak Manor bed and breakfast. The room was very nice but needed a little dusting. It was supplied with all the amenities. The bed was pretty comfortable. It was a little ways from downtown but still close enough to get to quickly.

White Oak Manor was a delightful stay! After a great nights sleep in the cozy linens, you'll want to linger over breakfast because the food and conversation are just that good! Paired with the charming shops and interesting historical sites, our stay was definitely worth a return visit!

As always a great stay. We truly enjoyed the perfect location, beautiful room, exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent "homemade" breakfast! The bed, bedding and amenities in our room made it a relaxing experience after visiting Caddo Lake State park and some of the surrounding sites.

This was a last-minute birthday trip & it couldn't have been better if planned months out. Painless process from reservations to check-in. David was a great host. Favorites: porch swing, bathrobe, breakfast & conversation with other guests.🥰

This Bed and Breakfast is located off the beaten path in a residential area. Beautiful home with southern charm. David prepared a wonderful breakfast - German pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs complete with coffee and orange juice. Will definitely stay here again

Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious! The location was also perfect as it was quiet but still within a walkable distance to town! Highly recommend!!

My and I loved our stay at White Oak Manor Bed and Breakfast ! The room was so cute and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing both days! We especially enjoyed the French toast. The location was very convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night in the Mardi Gras room and loved it! The bed and breakfast was immaculately kept and very clean. Our room was spacious and bed super comfortable. David made German stuff pancakes for breakfast and it was so delicious. It’s a quick 10 minute walk from downtown and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and highly recommended! The Manor was charming and full of character. I had a last minute family emergency and needed a place to stay. Easy to book over the phone, super comfortable accommodations and the breakfasts - WOW! They were simply amazing!

Beautiful home and quiet stay, fantastic breakfast and conversation, with coffee and OJ. We needed a break and this was the right choice. Everything we wanted to do in the area over the weekend was nearby, and easily accessible! Would definitely stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying in the “Mardi Gras” room for 4 days and 3 nights in between Christmas and New Years. Fantastic location, spacious room and bathroom, and delicious breakfasts. Everything was even better than expected…We will be back!

It was great having the entire house for our group! Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Appreciate David being so accommodating and serving us earlier on Sunday. TV, frig, drinks provided in every room. Enjoyed the linens and bathrobe!

Loved this place! Full of history in charming town. Room was spacious and comfortable, complete with morning sun through stained glass windows. Hosts were very welcoming and gracious. Wonderfully creative and tasty breakfasts. Better than home. Many thanks! -Karen and Bob

This is a charming B&B. We stayed in the Roses Room. It was very comfortable with coffee, soft drinks, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. It's within walking distance to the lively square. We had breakfast just one morning. It was very good, but light. My boyfriend found a food truck in town and got some burritos. We had some downtime and would have liked to watch a movie. The rooms don't have movie cable channels. Tammy and Dave are super friendly. They suggested McFarland for a Caddo Lake tour. It was educational and beautiful. The O'Farrell winery in Atlanta is about 20 minutes away and an absolute must. We are planning to return again in the Spring and will definitely stay at White Oak again.
