Disappointed. I hold Hilton to a higher standard than Holiday Inn or Motel 6. We had low shower water pressure and let the front desk know. They indicated that there was a water problem that was repaired and all should be well the next day. It wasn't. The in room coffee maker did not work. Won't stay there again. May try the Holiday Inn instead.

Didnt stay all night. Didnt have breakfast. Staff was the most rude, unhelpful and disrespectful I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Condescending, shady, gave me somwone else's receipt on purpose because i dared to ask for my own at checkout to ensure my bill was straight. Smirked at me with joy when he knew i was distraught because of the lies he told about billing. This utter lack of "customer service " has me recommending that no one stay here. They willl issue false charges and one guy thinks he's better than the people who can afford to stay there. He purposely says things to upset customers. Then lies to his superiors saying the customer "claims" something when customer has actual receipts. He needs to be fired before he brings business down.

Had hot water issues and waiting for discount on stay through *******. The room, staff, and building were all very good. Would recommend as long as the fix the hot water issue.

Front desk woman and Nick the night clerk were helpful and friendly. Your waitresses in the restaurant were very friendly. Food was fine. Great lobby.

The property looked new, it was quiet, and had a restaurant on sight. Fitness room was nice and all equipment was working. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area!
