前台服務態度很差，不友善也不願意回答問題，全部都是I don’t know ，沒有任何笑容，能完全感受到她們的不友善，這麼大的酒店空調竟然是壞的，打電話去問，就說對啊，我們空調都是壞的，覺得熱就開窗，可是開窗樓下會很吵，你能怎樣呢？連住幾天都能感受到前台的差態度，和焗熱的房間，體驗感非常差，不推薦！
The front desk service was terrible. They were unfriendly and unwilling to answer questions, always saying "I don't know." There was no smile, and you could clearly feel their hostility. The air conditioning in such a large hotel was broken! When I called to ask, they just said, "Yes, all our air conditioning is broken. If you feel hot, just open the window, but it will be noisy downstairs. What can you do about it?" I experienced the poor attitude of the front desk and the stuffy rooms every day for several days. The overall experience was extremely bad, and I would not recommend it!
