Children running around scream like the pool was an amusement park and ruined the whole trip sadly as over a dozen small children unsupervised took over the pool and hot tub

Pretty Average It was ok but the Resort good use more amenities and activities to do

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had an enjoyable stay. But we had trouble with the TVs most days. They would go out and maintenance had to reboot them several times during our stay. The room above me was noisy with young kids running back and forth late nights and early morning. We complained about that and it appeared to stop. The next door neighbors heard it and complained as well. Overall I would come back again.

Drove five hours only to be told hotel was oversold despite having confirmation number, ******* email, and welcome letter. Deposit not refunded. No help from *******. Hours wasted “message” typing and calling..

Jekyll Island Lovely place with amazing access to the ocean front. Helpful staff especially at the bar. We ate at the restaurant which was very good too. Robin

Pool and location offset mediocre hotel The hotel is in a great location and has a very nice pool. Rooms were decent. Issues were: Hot tub was broken Many pool side umbrellas were broken There hot water was lacking There was no poolside bar, that amenity refers to the sister location
