Courtyard Jekyll Island

The property stay was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Great Anniversary Spot 33rd anniversary trip with the fa, great atmosphere and ambiance. Service was excellent, location is perfect very clean rooms, pool restaurant.

I like that it has a full bar and restaurant on the property. Love the huge pool and hot tub. Also like the access to the beach. What I didn't know is that the hotel is two hotels in one and depending on who's side you stay on gets what amenities. Since we stayed on the courtyard side we did not get complementary breakfast. Plus we had put in reservations for a king size bedroom with a balcony. We did not get a king bed and they told us that the ground level porch/patio facing the parking lot was the same thing as a balcony Would stay there again but make sure we get on the residency side of the hotel to get the amenities and make sure the room is exactly what we asked for

Loved the food, accessible beach, resort prices, requested rooms to be near each other and accessible, but did not get any portion of the request. The staff was very uncaring and did not provide direction even though it was very obvious that there were three members of our party that had mobility challenges.

Nice relaxing stay. Paid for an ocean view room, but if the only way to view the ocean was to contort your body to see past the neighbors partition.....FALSE ADVERTISING.

Nice It was a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. The pool was excellent. The only thing that i really did not like was that when you arrive they give you a paper stating things like when the pool is open etc. It also says under the breakfast section that if you're staying at the Courtyard by Marriott that you can see the starbucks counter during specified hours for ,"a delightful breakfast experience ". When we went to the starbucks counter and inquired ab breakfast, the girl showed us the little breakfast menu so we all got 1 thing from the menu. 4 selections. 2 of which were just breakfast sandwiches, 1 a breakfast burrito and scrambled eggs for my daughter. I don't recall seeing any pricing on the menu and the flyer should've been worded in a way to clarify that breakfast was available to be purchased at the starbucks counter because the way it was stated I had no idea that it was not free. It was $70. I paid for it & it tasted good.. but i do feel i was decieved into getting breakfast there. I just did not want to say nevermind once we ordered.. overall it was a good experience. The only other thing i really did not like was concerning the balcony with a beachview. While fine from the actual small balcony, the beach is not visible from any place inside the room and the beds are against a wall so that you have the least view of what's outside from in bed. My mother is in a wheelchair and I was hoping she could see something nice from the bed but no luck there. Was not bad though
