The stay was overall quite good. The location is nice, the environment is comfortable, and the host is friendly and helpful. But the main issue is the lift during check-out time. The host already informed us to check out 1 hour earlier to avoid long waiting time, and we did follow. However, we still waited about 30 minutes and no lift came. In the end, we had no choice but to walk down many floors using the stairs just to reach the parking and take our car. It was very inconvenient and tiring. Overall, the stay was okay, but the lift situation really affected the experience.
