I genuinely do not get the bad reviews and complain about the price. This place is not your usual place. Service is at same level Mercer in NYC or Elysia in Paris. But the most important thing is the vibe of the place. Something else.... Partly the architecture, partiye location, and partly the history. Enjoy your stay.

Couldn't have had a better stay. The rooms were well thought out, quiet, and clean. Views and grounds are spectacular. Food was excellent and staff were very hospitable. I will definitely be back and will refer to friends.

Molly at the front desk is so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. This is a beautiful hotel and I highly recommend it. Pet friendly and the views are incredible. The record players in the room are a nice touch!

For a weekend getaway you cannot beat the solitude and comfort of Timber Cove. The sound of waves all night long and tranquility. Superb staff and very quaint cozy rooms with a fire place. Great (free) coffee early in the morning in the lobby.

I visited for Croix Winemaker's dinner. I expected the fantastic wine but was amazed by the Chef's masterpiece pairings. Chef Andrade is an artist! The array of seafood and produce was some of the best ever.

Timber Cove is such a special place. My husband and I stayed there for our Babymoon and if could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of activities to do in our room, on the grounds, in the Great Room, and in the towns nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back with our expanded family some day.

Returned to TC for a delightful mid-week stay. Service and accomodations are consistently beating our expectations. Terrific restaurant and breathtaking views are matched by the warm, competent staff that repeatedly went out of their way to take care of our requests. We're eager to make repeat visits here.

Escape the rat race, put down your phone, and take in all of mother nature and this fantastic hotel. Everything is seamless at Timber Cove and the setting will blow you away. Coastal Kitchen was excellent and the rooms are perfectly beautiful, spin a record!

Very Quiet & cozy. Very nice views from anywhere on the property. Would recommend this place to get away for few days. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Fireplace is enormous & warm, cozy. Full bar with great bar tenders.
