加維宮酒店(Hotel Palacio Garvey)

Fue en la Feria del Caballo. A pesar de los precios desorbitados de los hoteles en la feria, el Palacio Garvey mantiene un precio razonable (relativamente, 250 euros por noche la Doble Superior). Es un palacio jerezano con una escalinata maravillosa, casi no apetece usar el ascensor, para 2 pisos. Servicio impecable, desayuno andaluz riquísimo. Su situación inmejorable, céntriquísimo y puedes ir al ferial andando...¡Que más se puede pedir!

Situato in posizione centralissima proprio all’ingresso della zona pedonale, l’hotel è in un palazzo storico ristrutturato nelle parti comuni mentre le camere sono più datate, soprattutto per l’arredamento e il bagno. La colazione non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle, si potrebbe decisamente migliorare. Il parcheggio dell’hotel, a pagamento, è situato dietro l’edificio ed è abbastanza scomodo perché in realtà è un’area in parte coperta da una tettoia che può accogliere pochi veicoli, ed è un po’ una soluzione di fortuna. Nel complesso comunque abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e la città è incantevole.

Maravillosa experiencia vivida en una velada organizada en los jardines de este majestuoso hotel, en el que cada rincón destila solera y gusto, amenizada para deleite de los presentes, con espectáculo de artistas locales, Las Zarzanas, y colaboración de Juan Peña que ofrecieron un espectáculo de arte y magia. Menú exquisito, y amplia carta de vinos, que demuestra el potencial que posee la cocina de este establecimiento, destacando el osobuco con una textura y sabor indescriptibles. Atención amable, cualificada y profesional desde nuestra llegada por parte del personal, destacando al camarero Carlos Herrera que nos atendió durante la velada de una manera inmejorable y exquisita: así da gusto. Imprescindible conocer esta joya, muy desconocida por los propios jerezanos.

Todo bien: ubicación, servicio y precio. Estás en el casco histórico, muy cerca de todo. Cuenta con un pequeño parking, algo complicado de entrar pero en esa zona es un éxito. El edificio es un ex palacio de la familia del Garvey, brandy jerezano famoso cuando se bebían copas. Y si quieres sentirte como un señor de aquella época baja por las escaleras en vez de hacerlo por el ascensor.

We had 2 weeks of vacation in Spain and stayed in 5 different hotels, all are very good except your hotel: Reserved via *********** we paid 143€ for one night for the room which was available on your website for 110€ !.- in a 4 stars hotel which should never be valuated at 4 stars. The room is very big with a Jacuzzi but is not suited for an overnight stay! - We could not sleep because the insolation is not only insufficient but to top it the window doors cannot even be shut firmly. The loud noise on the street all the time until 2h30 made sleeping impossible. At around 10 pm noticing that there was no shower cap in the room I went down to the receptionist and complained about the noise, she said it would end soon. When finally sleeping a passing very loud water truck at 6h30 ending all further sleeping attempts. ( we took 2 videos, one can hear loudly the noise with the window closed) - In the early morning trying at every angle and knob, I could not get the shower to work. I could only use the shower hanging on the Jacuzzi. The explanations we got later is “we know it is difficult but I can show you how to make it work”. However, who would like somebody to come to the room in the early morning to show you how the show works! - The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. When asking for a map she just handed it without any comment. She also forgot to give us the wifi code and we had to go down to ask her. When we told her that we almost did not sleep at night, she said why didn’t you ask to change the room, without having offered it knowing full well that but the noise would not stop until the early hours of next morning.. - The room did not provide a welcome water bottle nor a coffee/tea maker (all other hotels on our 2 week trip had it). Any other hotel would have shown regrets by at the least reducing the charge for the night. This disastrous experience made us regret having stopped at Jerez!

Sencillo y acogedor. Zona agradable y animada. No me gustó que me alojaran en una habitación a la que había que acceder por escaleras y ni siquiera lo avisaron

Très propre, superbe décor et grand confort, en plus d’être très bien situé

Zentral gelegen, stilvoll gestaltet, gute Wahl für den Stop für den Weiter- oder Rückflug. Große Auswahl von Restaurants - im Haus selbstgibt es eines mit gutem Standard. Ein Problem könnte sich aber daraus ergeben, dass der Aufzug nur bis ins erste OG reicht, ins 2. OG führt nur eine (enge) Treppe.

Schönes Hotel zentral in Jerez. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Auto kann man im Hinterhof parken. Das Personal war freundlich. Zimmer ok. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und war sehr knapp gehalten.
