Прекрасный отель для неспешного отдыха. Номера комфортные и просторные, лучше выбирать номер с балконом. Из минусов: 1. Лифт дёргается так, как будто он сейчас упадёт. Вызов лифта осуществляется разными кнопками, что неудобно и бессмысленно. 2. На завтраках почти не было овощей. 3. Капучино из сухого молока - невкусно. 4. Нет кулера с питьевой водой. 5. Бассейн работает с 11:00 до 19:00, что крайне неудобно.

Not recommended when travelling with babies. Not recommended when travelling with babies/Children, we planned a relaxing time, and the hotel staff make sure this was not possible. First the CHECK-IN WAS DELAYED we had to wait for the room after the entry hours as it wasn’t ready; then when finally we got the room we went to take the baby for a nap, and the cleaning staff went and ENTRY WITHOUT knocking the door, and they did entry the room directly while I was at the shower, so they can just get there and see you naked without any complain. We were patient on the ongoing situation. And the next day after at the morning after breakfast the cleaning staff again took everything out to the waste of our room even our fruits, when we haven’t even reach out the check out time at 9am; and the staff proceed to open the minibar and took a drink from our minibar. This is a hotel that the staff doesn’t show empathy for families with children and not friendly for families. They are disrespectful and this is something that I haven´t seen in any other hotel, and we travel a lot. I think the sense here is just to get people to enter and go, as there is tourism massification, better to consider options if you want to have a family relaxing time .... By the way, it does not have a good parking infrastructure, if you go out to buy something it is possible that you come back and you do not find the parking space available and then you have to look for a parking space in the middle of the night, even if you pay

Genial como siempre, este año habían reformado parte del hotel. Desayunos muy completos y oferta gastronómica muy buena. El hotel muy bien en general, lo único a corregir sería el parking, que no hay nada de sombra, un techado sería genial y más con el calor y el solano que pega en Jerez los días de verano.

Buen hotel excelente desayuno un poco Costoso pero muy bueno

Godt hotel med super morgenmad Fint hotel, super morgenmad og en okay restaurant på hotellet. Skrankepersonalet virkede ikke så imødekommende. Vi kom før indcheckning ifølge reglerne var mulig, men andre steder har vi oplevet, at vi kunne checke ind, hvis værelset var rengjort. Det undersøgte man ikke her.
