優越的地理位置，非常方便。 接待大廳很難看懂，等候區只有一張沙發。 工作人員很友善。 由於位置靠近鬧市區，早上和晚上外面的噪音很吵，睡不好。 房間很寬敞，有你需要的一切。

我去辦理入住用了一個小時，非要我加他what's app，才辦理。以前沒用過，不會加，自己折騰了半天。三日後續房二日，又讓我等近兩小時，一男一女在那裡聊天，喝飲料，唱歌。也不理我，也不説原因，説你坐下等吧。歐美人來速辦入住，感覺有意為難，不知為什麼？感覺看不起中國人似的。

登記入住時，遲到了，沒有人可以幫助我們，除了打電話，要求姓名和參考號，通過在線國際驗證後，收到房間號並前往房間。 Scenray 是驚人的和美麗的。洗衣機/烘乾機沒有按照圖片工作，也沒有人來幫忙。很傷心

Tout était parfait, la propreté, l'accueil, l'emplacement et le petit plus le snack breakfast accroché à votre porte chaque matin.Pas de reception 24/24 mais la direction est joignable par téléphone en cas de besoin. Un parking souterrain juste à coté, cher mais pratique (compter 120 NIS pour une journée, sinon moins cher à quelque minute à pied)

The property is in a great location for walking to the New Gate entrance to the old city and cool restaurants and shops nearby. They have a great system for storing bags and communicating via WhatsApp. We only stayed one night but it is well set up for long stays.

Size of apartment Nice. Enough towels. The Walls had dirty marks. Wet towels were in the washing machine upon arrival. Noice from Jaffa Street including Street car was loud. If sounds not an issue for you and your sleep than no problem for you. Bed bugs??? Local location Nice for sightseeing. We will never ho back or recommend the place to anyone. OK. This is a mid-city hotel in a fun filled city. The location is busy, at times noisy and filled with life and activities. If you want quiet and solitude, get a cabin in the Idaho wilderness. Our room was clean, comfortable and complete in every way. Easy walk to everything and more. Stayed one time before and will come again. We did face Jaffa Street - not a problem for us! We enjoy this place.

The only thing that’s true is the location is great. The price is cheap for a reason “they’re not crazy, they would’ve been charging like any other hotel in the neighborhood if this place was half decent” We checked in and we were so grossed out from the smell of cigarettes smoke and the bathroom not sanitized properly

Avevo prenotato una camera design proprio per evitare sorprese ed invece mi hanno rovinato la vacanza. Un vero e proprio letamaio: pavimento divelto, polvere a cumuli, avanzi di cibo sotto i mobili, bagno con peli e muffa, mobilio vetusto, muri macchiati, lenzuola strappate, asciugamani sporche di make up. La reception è aperta solo poche ore al giorno e completamente assente durante lo Shabbat, pertanto nessuno fa nulla per risolvere i problemi e venire incontro al cliente. La mia camera era lontana anni luce dalle foto pubblicate sul loro sito che evidentemente risalgono ad almeno dieci anni fa. Una vergogna mai vista!!

Un posto cosi sporco e puzzolente non l'avevo mai visto !!! C'era polvere dapertutto , nel bagno non si poteva entrare per la puzza di fogna . La vasca era piena di muffa, la tenda non si poteva toccare. Ho trovato capelli nella doccia , fazzoletti sporchi nei cassetti. Dopo aver segnalato più volte il problema sono venuti in appartamento con il deodorante , ne hanno spruzzato un po e sono andati via. Ho dormito vestito per paura di prendermi qualche malattia. State lontano dal Stay Jaffa !!!! La reception è aperta solo qualche ora e non puoi lamentarti con nessuno.

Столкнулась с непритной ситуцией с администрацией апартаментов, списали с карты сумму включая VAT 17% но по закону туристы при предоставлении Вьездных голубых талонов освобождаютя от уплаты налога, прошел почти месяц VAT нам так и не вернули, на контакт не выходят

I had an excellent experience at Stay Jaffa Hotel, they exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful, warm, hospitable, kind, and helpful. The room was accomidating. And as a tourist I found the location to be amazing everything was close, accessible, and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one thinking of traveling to Jerusalem, I look forward to staying with you again in the near future. THANK YOU!

The hotel was in a Great location for seeing the tourist sights , clean and inexpensive . However, it was too noisy from the light rail (our hotel room faced the tracks), street music and the bar next door.

The dirtiest and dangerous place I was told that I am the only one have the keys to my room But after cleaning was done while I was away I was missing medication (I bought in Israel for flue protection ) and apple earbuds When I approached the office they said the don't touch anything The elevator door would not open You had to push it physically to get out from elevator The smell of urine entering the hotel is horrible The entrance is from court yard and no light Dangerous dirty noisy place

It was so bad, we did not stay and booked the Ibis across the street. The A/C was worthless (it was 95 degrees outside), bedroom had a full bed and not a queen bed (as described in the booking on their website). The wardrobe had broken doors that had fallen on the bed, and the room smelled like sewer and had mold on the walls and peeling paint all over. The bathroom faucet was not attached to the sink. We are not picky, but certainly we cannot stay in an apartment that smells like sewer and is 85 degrees! Other travelers have complained in the reviews about the smell. They did not respond to our WhatsApp messages asking to be changed rooms. We went to the office and tried to work with management but they said the had no other available rooms. We said we wanted to leave and they refused to provide any refund. We are disputing charges with our credit card company.
