房間很小（比圖釘圖片小）但是床很舒服。電視頻道選擇不是很好。淋浴是在浴缸裡的——房間很舊，需要翻新。 客房服務很好而且很準時。房間裡的空調運作良好。 接待處很樂於助人，會叫計程車去機場、當地或邊境，而且他們叫的計程車價格合理。 地點不錯——騎車 10 分鐘到老城區，步行 25 分鐘。 早餐還可以，有各種熱食、冷食和烘焙食品。 一家老酒店，可能已經過了好日子，但可以作為基地住幾天。

耶路撒冷非常「誠實」的飯店！地點好，房間好，住宿條件好。休息一下就綽綽有餘了，因為這一天剩下的時間都在城牆裡！美味的食物，美味的甜點 接待處有一個“不錯”的酒吧，我喜歡它！

This hotel is centrally located, you can walk around the area. The room was nice and comfortable. We were a group of 40+ people. The restaurant offer very good buffet with a good variation of food and the service was excellent. The WiFi signal was good enough. I recommend this hotel.

Surprising Hotel, always more improvements !! I am a frequent visitor for Ambassador Jerusalem and always find new improvements provided to visitors. Hotel team are so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Rooms are very clean … Food is perfect outstanding especially the restaurant providing the best food in Jerusalem. Thank you Ambassador 🙏🏻🥰

soundproofing is insufficient, all sounds are heard. on Saturday morning at 6 am, the cleaners are vacuuming. a very strong smell of food wafted up from the dining room to the second floor. the rooms seem to be about 100 years old, all dirty and dirty. the air conditioner creaks strongly, avoid this hotel. and very expensive

The location was great. The negatives: the food was mediocre; the internet service in our room was not working; the safe & room lock needed fixing & a shortage of towels & washcloths. All things considered, the Ambassador Hotel would not be our choice next time.

The Ambassador is a lovely hotel: spacious, clean rooms, excellent meals, and good service. The only downfall is that it is not close enough to the Old City of Jerusalem to easily walk there. It would be perfect if not for that.

I ordered a cake from the pastry shop in the hotel and Ibrahim (i forgot his last name), the manager of food and beverage really helped me and even delivered the cakes to the car. Always the best. And I also ran into chef Ashayer who cooked my wedding meals for my guests in 2021

Having a serious food allergy the executive chef prepared my wife’s meals individually so as not to cross contaminate her food with the allergy causing spices. This was key to out peace of mind and enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is located centrally with busses and a tram a short walk away. The room had air con, TV and safe. The room was serviced every day. The front of house staff were all very helpful where nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely hotel in a good location to easily get to the old city, comfortable rooms with excellent air conditioning, very helpful staff especially Monia. Gorgeous and plentiful food. Great shop next door too.

Nice clean hotel, friendly approachable staff. The staff was also proactive and helpful when a taxi driver deceived us with payment. We got a refund and the receptionist also made sure we was ok afterwards.

We ended up having to spend an extra 4 or 5 days in Israel due to testing positive....they took very good care of us, bringing us 3 meals a day to our room. Very comfortable in a frustrating situation.

Only positive points to highlight, the decoration with tremendous good taste, very comfortable and clean, and the sympathy of all the workers, without exception. The rooms give us a privileged view of the city, and it is even possible to see the highest flag in the world located in the historic part of the city. Breakfast is very good and complete. And the best thing is that it is just a 10-minute drive from downtown. The perfect hotel to stay in the capital of Jordan.

Excellent service, welcome at reception, quiet place, clean environment, respectful staff. It was an honor to see the decent behavior I have experienced in Europe again in Jerusalem. I rested and I'm grateful for that. The reception was really extraordinary, helpful, pleasantly speaking. Everyone was very nice. There is an extraordinary receptionist who is the most beautiful girl I have seen in Jerusalem, her name is Monia. Extremely naturally clean, pleasant overall speech, glowing eyes. I have never seen anything so beautiful in all of Jerusalem.
