馬赫內耶胡達，布朗酒店的一員(Brown Machne Yehuda, a Member of Brown Hotels)

Hotel genial, Kobi el gerente muy agradable, trato cercano, me he sentido como en casa. Las habitaciones son perfectas par ir en pareja, aconsejo habitación con yacuzzi. Los desayunos son los mejores, tener en cuenta que es fuera del hotel pero tenéis que probarlo. Gracias por la instancia increíble ! 🥰

Hotel di design, con una buona posizione per visitare Gerusalemme. Tuttavia la nostra stanza dava su una zona in cui erano in corso lavori di costruzioni in corso e dalle 7 in poi i rumori erano veramente forti. Nella hall vi sono acqua aromatizzata e macchine per il caffè. Solo che almeno una parte del personale è scortese e disinteressato agli ospiti. Nella hall la maggior parte del personale non fornisce alcuna indicazione, neanche sull'uso della macchina per il caffè e non risponde ad alcuna richiesta. Uniche persone gentili sono l'addetto alla reception con i capelli lunghi ed un inserviente. Gli altri sono insofferenti nei confronti degli ospiti. Ho consegnato delle tavolette per il ghiaccio perché me le mettessero in freezer. Tra queste ve ne era una che serviva per la conservazione di un farmaco salvavita. La tavoletta non mi è stata mai restituita, ma quello che mi è dispiaciuto di più è stato il fatto che l'addetta alla reception si è permessa di ridere dell'accaduto. Ho inviato un messaggio all'hotel in cui facevo le mie rimostranze e la direzione mi ha risposto che mi avrebbero risposto al più presto...ad un mese di distanza sto ancora aspettando....bah....

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur d’une avenue commerçante et très proche des transports. Belle chambre avec balcon Superbe accueil. Spéciale dédicace à Stéphanie qui parle français. Seule bémol, l’hôtel n’a pas de restaurant et petit-déjeuner proposé à l’extérieur

Al entrar ya se ve increíble, personal muy amable. Habitación con jacuzzi, localización muy buena al lado del mercado e incluso logramos ir a una discoteca en Shabat. En mayo ya reservaremos otra vez en el mismo hotel. Incluso tienes cafés y agua a voluntad.

Dis recommendation for the hotel 1. The room we got had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes, when we called a maintenance man he apologized and said that the hotel was fully booked and had no other room to offer. 2. The float in the toilet was broken and the water flowed non-stop. 3. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10:30, when we arrived at 09:50 the buffet was completely empty. It took the team about 20 minutes to fill only part of it. 4. The rooftop jacuzzi did not work. In conclusion, an unpleasant experience, not recommended.

Very nice hotel, room was ready 2 hours after the official check in. The room is small without closet. No hair dryer. Hot drinks in the lobby. Huge Jacuzzi and very hot water. View is in front of residence and people can see you. Because the glass of the balcony is transparent . The shower tall is transparent but with curtain, I liked it (: The room was great, it’s for couples only

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for one night, Friday-Saturday. No availability on the phone since Friday morning until we physically arrived to the hotel to the front desk. No parking! And this is an area with a lot of traffic and no parking spaces. So we had to park the car about half a mile away from the hotel on because it was a weekend. Front desk talking to you like they are doing you a favour . I paid for breakfast, which was poor and bad. And the worst thing is - no soft drink or even cold water in the dining room except for hot drinks (what in the world!!!) There was one small container of juice which was empty before we got there- no body refilled it for 2 hours. I had to go back to the room to drink. I’ll never go back there.

I found the stay at the Browne Hotel very relaxing. Upon arrival in my room, I found a bottle of a good local Cabernet. The bed was comfortable and you could even sit outside on the terrace. Cozy lobby with 2 Nespresso machines, Arabic coffee, samovars for various teas, and fresh water to drink, everything is always in order and free. The hotel is in the new area of Jerusalem close to HaDavidka, within walking distance or just 2 light train stops from the old city. Very clean with friendly staff and of course free wifi.
