Causa annullamento immotivato a 12 ore dall’arrivo (YMCA Three Arches!) ci siamo accontentate di questo hotel-ostello. Carino, da migliorare la reception ( disordinata e ragazzi poco attenti). Quello però che mi ha innervosito di più è stata la fase pagamento. Prenotato il 23 febbraio e subito addebitato l’intero importo. Arrivati il 24/2 e subito obbligati a pagare. Dopo più di 20 giorni dal pagamento l’hotel non ha ancora tolto dalla mia carta di credito la quota della prenotazione. Mi trovo quindi ad aver pagato ma ho ancora l’importo della prenotazione bloccata sulla mia c.c. Sto muovendo il mondo ma voi che mi leggete state attenti a fatevi togliere l’importo della prenotazione non appena pagate.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and checked out on Friday around noon. Later that afternoon, I realized that I had accidentally left my expensive Chanel perfume on the shelf in the room. I immediately called the hotel and asked them to check, but no one got back to me with an answer. I called again, and I was told that new guests were already in the room. I asked to check with the cleaning staff, since after every checkout the room is supposed to be cleaned thoroughly. I was then informed that nothing was found. This leaves only two possibilities: 1. The housekeeper found the perfume and decided to take it, ( its value is higher than the price of the night we spent there )or 2. The cleaning was so poor that a large perfume bottle was left unnoticed on the shelf, and the room was given to new guests in that condition. Both options are unacceptable and reflect extremely poorly on a hotel that claims to uphold professional standards. I requested to speak with a manager and have been waiting for two days with no response. Terrible service. I will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

the food was great and the service was very good and even the sweets chef (chef murad) came himself to our table to ask if we need anything

They charged me for a room I didn't book or reserve! And they won't refund me. They took my visa details when I was asking for availabilty and price saying it was for security reasons.

Very pleased, nice location for food and shopping. Very close to public transport. I used a 4 to a room top bunk. It was clean and the services are all well maintained. Excellent shower, bathroom, linens and kitchen. The wifi is fast as well. Great prices and I would definitely recommend to others. Unique design inside.

I've been at the Stay Inn multiple times and have found the rooms to be in good working order and clean. The staff is so nice and friendly. Some reviewers mention the street noice which is true of any urban hotel. It's certainly not as loud as any other synagogue.

Filthy room with a taking air conditioner that has never been cleaned since being installed. Pillow was full of love from the previous person to stay in it and the bed sheets had not been changed. Dust on everything and every ledge. Poo stain in toilet bowl and shower full of scum. Room was also tiny and had one power point. Pricey and not worth it, as well as far from world standard.

As you arrive it is not exactly inviting but once inside its very quirky rooms are very small but adequate I was on my own so it was ok quote modern in fact Staff are friendly there is outside space on the ground floor and second floor if you want to sit out the food they supplied at night was very tasty I was there volunteering on a farm with a group You can get drinks in the reception I personally would not stay there if I had not been with the group but if you are visiting for a few days its quite reasonable and its a great position to get everywhere

I had a nice time at Stay Inn. The staff are lovely - especially Aladdin and Daniella. I stayed in the hostel room and then one of the apartments and it was nice. It’s not a five star hotel buts it’s clean, comfortable and a great location. No complaints.

I have never been in such a dilapidated room as the 'cupboard no 213 in this dreadful place. The room as disgusting - I booked a double room and the double bed was jammed between walls and you had to climb over the end of the bed to get onto it. There were also a pair of bunk beds behind the door as you entered the room (it was more a corridor than a room). There was a sink in the room in another cupboard without a front and large plastic bucket for what purpose I know not. When trying to get satisfaction from this location, the management have refused to answer phone calls or reply to emails sent to them. This is NOT how to look after guests!

loved the vibe. its young place with a cool vibe. there was a live show on the first floor. the restaurant on the ground floor is amazing. the rooms are not big but are well equipped. the water stream was super nice

I was charged twice for the same reservation. Once online and again in person at the hotel. They said they would refund me and it has been over a week and still no refund or even an email confirming it. I have called them five times.

First of all the Hostel is freezing cold we have to turn on the AC on 30 degree to have it a little warm in the room. The shower never turned warm! After the first nigth I went for a morning walk, then I had to dry my shoes and put the insolses next to my shoes. After Housekeeping cleant the floor my insolses where gone. So I went down to complain. The girl tell me she will check and come back to me. She never did! Hours later I walked down again and she was just unfriendly and mean to me. She wanted me to believe that someone in the room took my wet insolses and put it in the trash then empty the trash bin as well. Sure…. She didn‘t care that I was unhappy about the situation. Super unfriendly manner. Thanks for nothing! Misstakes can happen but then take it on your back!
