Al no haber sitio en ningún hotel de Orchha, reservamos una noche en este hotel de la cercana Jhansi. Fue un acierto. Buen hotel, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Excelente restaurante con una extensa carta y muy buen servicio. Un saludo especial a Moni.

I'm very grateful for the services, which had been provided. Room cleanliness are very good and spacious as well, all the staff are much cooperative. Specially the food is awesome. Special thanks to Mr. Atul for their good hospitality and support.

Excellent overnight stay at Sarovar Portico hotel at Jhansi. Supervised to find a hotel of this quality at Jhansi, which indicates the development which Jhansi region is going through. This is my second Portico hotel in last few days, the previous one at Lucknow and all these hotels are impressive. Sarovar Group is very impressive .. excellent rooms, excellent housekeeping, certainly restaurants and food are top notch, checking through and out are Breeze. Have to mention the name of Ms Anamika at the restaurant of Sarovar Jhansi .. excellent service through ***agers like Anamika. Would definitely recommend this hotel and group and would come back again

This is my second time with Natraj Sarovar Portico, Jhansi. The stay was pleasent and comfortable. During my last visit, I had given some feedback for improving room service. This time the service was of high standards. To my surprise, the hotel ***agement specifically called me to ask for improvement in service..This is really commendable to work on the feedback. Kudos to ***agement!!!

Service is very slow , I had to call multiple times for smaller things like water. They charged me Rs900, bedsheet cleaning charges stating that it has stains
