Unfortunately, due to Covid19 travel restrictions in place at the time of our booking, our group was not able to travel. We contacted LeSki Club to advise of the restrictions and to ask what our options were. The manager offered no sympathy and was very quick to advise that this booking was "non refundable". She was not willing to offer a credit for a date in the future or a refund for at least some of the money paid - the total package for the weeks accommodation was just under $6,000.00. Communication was short and to the point with no compassion or empathy offered and to date I have had no response to an email sent outlining our concerns. Overall the service has been terrible and our first holiday experience, which was supposed to be a fun time, has been ruined.
