Service was barely ok, this place does not offer value for money for accommodation

Location was good. Room was very old and broken. Spa, fitness and pool under construction. Only value was the restaurant. Good breakfast and diner. Hotel staff was very slow. Restaurant staff was nice!

Hotel is located centrally in city near airport. Rooms are good as per rates. Service is worst room. For every thing you need to wait for 30 to 45 mins. None of the department will pick your phone in first attempt. I think main reason is they recruited less staff as compared to requirements.

Très bon hôtel bien placé pour les visites. Chambres spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Restaurant superbe avec un choux de plats savoureux et frais. Je recommande vivement. Le rapport qualité-prix est des plus satisfaisant. J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et c'est à chaque fois un plaisir.

Très bon repas et un excellent service. Le personnel est très sympathique, agréable et serviable. Le restaurant dispose d’un très bon chef cuisinier. Je recommande le restaurant. Cuisine très varié avec beaucoup de choix. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Betten waren bequem. Das Restaurant hatte ein erstklassige Küche mit top Service. Unser besonderer Dank an Aman Restaurantleiter, Suraj und Hamraj für den top Service und Mohen als Küchenchef, der abends schmackhaft gekocht hat. Auch das Frühstück war perfekt. Sonderwünsche waren jederzeit möglich.

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe eine Nacht hier übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt ca. 4,5 km vom Fort Meherangarh entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gibt es Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee und Tee. Pro Zimmer bekommt *** zwei 0,5-Liter-Flaschen Wasser täglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das WIFI funktioniert nur teilweise, es gibt immer wieder Abbrüche. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In der 6. und 7. Etage gibt es nur Raucherzimmer, die natürlich unangenehm riechen. Unverständlich, dass so etwas heutzutage noch angeboten wird. Ich hatte Glück und konnte in ein Nichtraucherzimmer wechseln. Die Raucherzimmer sollten renoviert werden und in Nichtraucherzimmer umgewandelt werden. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war leider wegen Renovierung geschlossen.

Nice Hotel. Good location and good staff Breakfast was also very good. Rooms and bathroom needs upgrade. Cleaning of rooms was also not up to the mark.

Hotel name and service not matched our experience. We stayed only for one night. Housing keeping part was really pathetic . No towel, no bathroom mat, one of the room has AC problem. They haven't solution for our query.

Check in process was simple, rooms are neat and clean, the buffe spreads are good and tasty. Staffs are kind and frendly.
