I recently stayed at Home Suite Hotels and had an overall wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured an organic theme that was evident in the quality and taste of the food. My favorite part was the delicious pancakes they made for me. However, there were a couple of downsides. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate my request for a late check-out, and they do not serve halal food, which was a bit of a disappointment. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend Home Suite Hotels for their excellent service, friendly staff, and great food. Feel free to modify this review as per your preferences.

Gostei: Absolutamente tudo. Já estive em hotéis 5 estrelas que não chegam aos pés do Rosebank. O hotel é realmente sensacional. Começa com o atendimento antes do dia do check inn. No dia, fomos atendidos pela Trish. Impecável. Decidimos comer no hotel. O Steve nos atendeu tanto no fim de tarde quanto a noite. Impecável o atendimento, educação. A todo momento nos perguntando se precisávamos de algo. Excepcional. Quarto: ótimo tamanho e acústica. Cama perfeita. Não pedimos mas você pode escolher tipos de travesseiro que melhor se adapte ao seu gosto. Café da manhã: é realmente tudo o que dizem nos comentários. Fabuloso. Existe um buffet e vc escolhe o que quer comer e uma chef prepara na hora. Eu pedi ovos benedict e minha esposa bagel com bacon e abacate e ovos mechidos. Tudo preparado na hora e com o tempero no ponto. Foi o melhor hotel que ficamos na África do Sul e, talvez, um dos melhoras que já me hospedei. Detalhe especial: as duas cachorrinhas Hazel (idosa) e Miki. Ficam na recepção "atendendo" o hóspedes que acabam de chegar. Muito mansinhas e simpáticas.

We were very pleased with the design, decor, and ambience of this hotel. A sudden thunderstorm caused us to dine there, and found the food and service fine. Hazel the dog and the picture books in the stylish public spaces was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly.

A really nice hotel. The only reason for not giving top grade was that we visited the hotel during the winter and as we suspect is the case with also other hotels in Johannesburg some areas were not as heated as would have been preferable (room toilet and dinner/breakfast room). Had we been in summer we probably would have given top grade as it was a nice small hotel with fresh rooms and so on.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 months and the original staff it started with was incredible, just like family, all members were so kind, exceptionally helpful, personable, and caring - Nonie (receptionist), George (room service), Mac (receptionist), Precious (room service), Bayethe (chef), Muzi (chef) - just to name a few. Then some of these staff members left due to feeling targeted or mistreated when management made a change and made a woman named Demi in-charge. Demi did not only make some of the staff feel uncomfortable, but a lot of guests as well. She, and that change is management, completely ruined the familial, warm, safe environment that once encapsulated Home Suites and made it a cold, unwelcoming space. Moreover, myself and some other guests would be wrongfully accused of things, such as furniture damage which was already there, or other kinds of absurd accusations. It is such a shame that this once lovely boutique hotel turned into the opposite so quickly. I hope they have changes management since I stayed there.

There is a reason this ranks consistently as the top hotel in Josie. Incredible atmosphere, combined with top notch service, a full service cafe, and the cutest hostess dog named Hazel, and you have the ingredients for perfection. We stayed a few nights in room 104 with a picture window. Beautiful room. Stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
