約克之家的位置近市區中心，交通方便，院落雅緻，房間佈置温馨，院子裏竟有一間小健身房，挺讓人意外。酒店裡的工作人員都很熱情，不論是普通員工、還是經理，上至酒店老闆為人都很友善和藹，第二天下午酒店所在區域停電，入夜後經理特別為我們準備了兩盞LED燈給我們使用，讓我們免於黑暗籠罩；工作人員Tino特別值得表楊！

Not top of the line facilities but this is made up by easy location both to airport and downtown, as well as superb services. No food is served however, and the stay could be frustrating at times when electricity brownout comes twice a day (not hotel's fault, it is a Joburg municipality issue). Overall, agreeable experience for this stay and great value for the money!

The stuff is very friendly, especially a guy named Tino, very professional and nothing is ever too much for him. House on york has Tranquil gardens and lovely scenery. They have beautiful paintings and are close to resturants and are very quick for delivery services. The management was very good arranging transport at short notice.
