皮池酒店(The Peech Hotel)

Fantástico pequeño hotel. Si vas, aunque sea por una noche a Johannesburgo, es de lo más recomendable. Zona muy tranquila, con jardín. Se agradece después de tantas horas de vuelo. Tiene un magnífico restaurante en el recinto del hotel, ( recomiendo reservar con antelación) a parte del que da servicio a los huéspedes. Hotel con pocas habitaciones y estupendas. Modernas, bonitas, hiperlimpias y cuidadas, en las que estuvimos todas con terraza. Me encantó. El desayuno fantástico. En las habitaciones que estuvimos son mucho más bonitas que las que aparecen en las fotos del hotel. Fue una gran sorpresa. Normalmente suele ser al contrario o en el mejor de los casos igual a las fotos.

Si trova a Melrose, sobborgo di Johannesburg. La struttura è molto ben tenuta. Le camere si trovano all’interno di ampio giardino privato, protetto da mura e filo attraversato da corrente elettrica; le stanza sono ampie, pulite e ben arredate. A disposizione degli ospiti, bollitore, safety box e piscina. Più che sufficiente la cena alla carta con materie prime di qualità; ottima la colazione a buffet ancorché con scelta limitata. Probably one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself, the room and surroundings were beautiful, but what made it even more special were the staff. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left, nothing but happy smiling faces who were more than eager to help us in any way. A very special place.

The Peeches hotel was an absolutely fabulous starting point for me and my husband’s amazing two-week adventure in Africa! The staff there were just top-notch - so friendly and super professional. Our room was like a cozy little haven with all the right touches. And get this: the sweet staff even surprised me with the most gorgeous birthday cake! It went so with our hotel provided mini bottles of Amarula and Johnnie Walker Blue😉 Just made our stay that much more special.

We spent three nights here at the end of our safari tour in Zimbabwe. It was a great place to wind down and relax. We ate, drank, went shopping, then took the kids zip lining on the last day. Food was great. Service was even better. Gorgeous rooms. Beautiful gardens. Cold at this time of year, but the rooms and the hotel are well equipped (we even had a little snow).

Lovely hotel with superb staff... breakfast was good. Wanted to try the dinner at Basalt but too bad it was closed when we were there. Enjoyed our short chats with Peter, the security guard who is always so energetic no matter what time of the day. Really enjoyed my short 1 night stay here.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night after a long flight from the UK before heading over to Kruger on Safari. This hotel is simply a perfect little oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The staff can’t do enough for you. On arrival you are welcomed with a lovely refreshing cool drink before being shown to your room. Our room was decorated throughout with rose petals and candles for our honeymoon. The chap on reception made suggestions on how to spend our afternoon and Peter at the gate made sure we knew how to find our way to the park and Melrose Arch, our chosen activities. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel, both of which were perfect. The only downside is we were only staying the 1 night. We would definitely return. Thank you to everyone at The Peech.
