首府大門口汽車旅館(Capital Lodge Motor Inn)

This was a really good and useful location in Wellington especially if you have a car. The location was convenient and the service and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. Would stay here again.

The camper van site here is really just the car park to the motel. There are some facilities available, but they are fairly basic, with a strange control for the showers outside the bathroom. The site is just off a major road so relatively noisy even at night, but there is a shared kitchen and the facilities are clean and working. There are two self-service laundries which work well. Driving into Wellington from here could be tricky, and parking a camper van in the city even more so. But there is a bus service from the end of the road right into the city centre, which was great and took around 20 minutes. We chose it because it seemed to be about the nearest site to the city and the location was OK. There's not too much more to recommend it.

I love the spa pool and separate upstairs bedroom. The outlook is lovely as well. Just needs a bit of paint and update the kitchen

The location is convenient, close to the motorway. Too close to the motorway when you have the windows open. Run down, no air conditioning, one fan. Hot plates in Room M don’t work, no stove. Probs won’t stay again.

I totally not satusfied of our two nights stay. I wont stay on that motel again.

The main support beams for the second floor in our room were all badly cracked and unsafe. Everything was covered in dust and the room smelt strong of curry.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful , the rooms are always warm and tidy ... the dinner is always cooked to perfection , this is the reason i always book here when in Wellington , 👍👍👍

The room was a good size including a kitchenette, with a modernised bathroom. There was a small electric heater but it provided sufficient heating on a cold night. Very convenient to catch the ferry next morning and to Johnsonville shopping centre. Only minor criticism is that the bedspreads were rather old and marked and could do with being replaced. Would definitely stay here again

The accommodation, lovely helpful staff and good food were very welcome after a long trip. I would definitely recommend this motel. No complaints whatsoever.
