預訂2間客房，結果其中一間套房給的普通大床房，到酒店已經很晚了，沒有必要與他們理論，在非洲住酒店中國人很吃虧~不推薦！Booked 2 rooms, but one of the suites was given a regular king room. It was too late to argue with them when we arrived at the hotel It's a disadvantage for Chinese people to stay in hotels in Africa~ Not recommended!

Megan Anyango Guest relation agent very hard workin and welcoming lady. She is very cooperative and always ready to assist. The hotel is situated in heart of Juba town. Their hospitality is on another level. Anytime i would recommend someone to make pyramid hotel their next destination.

Pyramid Hotel is one of the best hotels in juba, it has very nice and polite staff that treats clients with respect and passion, it also provides international standards meals. With Pyramid Hotel i feel as you are abroad due to services that are offer here. Until now i receive loyalty card to be use whenever I come with my family or colleagues.

Pyramid offers comfortable accommodation and conference facilities. It is located near the commercial and other recreational areas. The patronage is good, and has diverse clients across the world. It's beautiful Sky Bar at the Eleven Heaven and the restaurant offer good ambience and a place for relaxation. Staffs like Meagan, Asunta and Remco are doing a good job and will make your life comfortable.

The services and staff are excellent. When coming to juba, South sudan, this should be your first and final stop incase of hospitality services. I love the customer care services especially from Mrs Asunta the guest relationship manager.

I had an amazing stay at Pyramid Continental Hotel in Juba! The hospitality was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the warm and professional service from Timketu, Asunta, and Abreham. Great service. Great welcome. Very efficient and professional service from staff particularly Megan Anyango. Food is 1st class. Very relaxing ambiance all around. Loved it at first sight, my 3rd trip to Juba and I look nowhere else apart from this hotel.

food is top notch best in SS. The staff are very lovely and friendly specially MR WANI at break and MR ISHWAR at the Dinner restaurant. You palace to be if you ever coming South Sudan. Ohh did i forget to mention the facilities SUANA STEAM GYM JAKUZZI and definitely the new private pool at 1st floor

I found the room spacious with a good bed. Every thing is good (Breakfast, services, restaurant, gym). If I have an opportunity to come back to Juba, I will not hesitate. The only thing that can be reviewed is the conditions of payment. My advice is that for someone who intends to stay more than one week, the hotel can allow him to pay just some few days when check-in time and later on he will pay for the remaining days when it comes to check out.

I had very a nice stayed with a lot of great things and most welcoming people like Sarah guest relation office and more . We have the best of meal and great accommodation. I wish visiting Juba again because of this amazing best hotel. Much appreciation to the hotel management

I had an amazing experience at Pyramid Hotel in Juba. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance were outstanding. A special mention to Ishwar, the restaurant manager, whose professionalism and attention to detail made every dining experience exceptional. His warm and welcoming attitude truly elevated the service. Highly recommend this hotel for both accommodation and dining!
