Great location, nice rooms, fantastic staff. Spent three nights before uncruise adventure. Within walking distance of all the ports and attractions of Juneau. Highly recommended. Staff went above and beyond to ensure are comfort. Rooms were quiet and the breakfast was a great start to the day.

Charming historic inn located in the old town of Juneau. Great location and very convenient. Room well designed with good stores space and lighting. Pillows a bit too bulky for us - it would be good to include a variety on the bed. Amenities charge includes breakfast and tea and coffee whenever you want it. Also cookies in the afternoon. This little hotel has lots of character and charm. Also washing machine and dryer available although they really need a change machine or change available from the staff. We thought it was a great place to stay.

The Silverbow has everything you could need away from home and more. Nice remodeled rooms and a very comfy beds. The staff was attentive and the kitchen for guests was awesome with many choices of food and drinks.

Great location walking distance from cruise port; cleverly repurposed historic building with unique style; hot tubs on rooftop decks after long day of walking; helpful pleasant staff; very serviceable self serve breakfast and 24/7 snacks. Those truly needing ADA accessible facility should clearly so indicate as there is no elevator to upper floor rooms.

So quaint and unique! Each room decorated in a creative way! The hallways are full of fun art too! Rooftop hot tub - amazing! Breakfast nook full of every kind of fulfilling quick breakfast items! Loved this place ! 10 stars out of 5!!

I never get over how much I feel taken care of at the Silverbow Inn. This time we stayed in 210 and 209 which are from the newer remodel. The added details in these new rooms made us feel right at home. We couldn’t stop sitting in the swing! I can’t wait to go again and stay longer.

First impressions were it looked tired, but having wandered around Juneau it is the same standard as everywhere else. The staff were really helpful, but beware if you arrive late (we arrived about 10pm), an envelope will be left on the reception for you with all your details for the room. A good position and complimentary breakfast was good.

This was my second time staying at Silverbow and I was less impressed than the first time. My room was in the older building and it was clearly outdated. Not horrible, just outdated. The queen rooms are extremely small, so don't book if you want to hangout in your room a lot. However, I was out working most of my trip so the size wasn't an issue. Even though the rooms are small, you cannot skip out on the amazing roof top hot tubs. Silverbow has thought of everything from robes, flip flops, and even umbrella hats.

Loved it here. Wish I stayed in Juneau for the week to stay in this space. No elevator so pack accordingly. I didn't.

I loved my stay at the Silverbow. I was there late September 2023 for 2 nights. Despite being downtown in an older building I had no issues with street noise during the night. My superior queen room was warm and comfortable. Super-comfy mattress with down-filled duvet covers as the top sheet. A good amount of amenities, especially outlets, in my room. And the lobby is always open to fill up with breakfast and snack items. I seemed to see only one employee the whole time but she would help you with anything that was needed at the drop of a hat. Be aware that there is no elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

What a great place! Close to everything and the staff was great! Clean and comfy beds!! A super breakfast and so accommodating! We loved the idea that we could walk out the door and find a great place to eat or go for a hike. It’s away from the crazy big cruise ships.

The Hotel is a great place for business or tourist travelers. The thing that was great is they ( Misty) Made me feel like I was at home! The Internet worked fine. I only did not like the TV system as I missed my favorite thing News! But your not supposed to watch tv on trips!

Great boutique hotel in a very convenient location within 3 blocks of many restaurants, shops and the waterfront. We enjoyed the roof top hot tub on a rainy afternoon. Only drawback: Creaky floors in an older building mean that you may hear your fellow guests moving about.

Sooooo Sorry this has taken so long to write - This is one of the most fabulously unique places I’ve ever stayed! From booking to checkout ALL the staff went out of their way to make me feel most welcome. The location is just perfect for the town for shopping, eating etc. and for Taxis to get to and from the airport. The guest services were brilliant from the lovely healthy breakfast to the equally lovely but not quite so healthy little treats in my room including a tin of mints which lasted for the remaining 3 weeks of my trip! Sadly the weather didn’t really encourage use of the roof top hot tubs but it was a great place to read a book! The welcome area as you come in really encourages guests to talk to each other which is a lovely feature and highlights the friendliness of the place. I was allocated the ground floor accessible room which I didn’t particularly need but given my luggage situation it was perfect as the stairs were pretty steep! The bed was really comfortable and the shower was a real gem too! So glad I stayed here rather than the corporate accommodation options and I will have very happy memories of Juneau in general and the Silverbow Inn specifically as key parts of my grand Alaskan adventure.
