My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

wonderful holidays in a legend! Let's start with check-in - immediately and before the allotted time, which was very pleasant, since we arrived early in the morning with children. There is a lot of entertainment for children - they can keep you busy all day, and even a trip to Rixos to the beach and children's rooms, also with a bunch of gaming devices, completely dilutes the whole vacation! The food is very tasty, we often go to Turkey, we give the cuisine the highest score, no matter what you try, everything is delicious! The room is spacious with a full set of accessories! I want to thank Sergei, for guest relations, he’s just great, this is how everyone should work, with a smile, always friendly, helps with any questions! At the beginning, we came up 20 times to clarify one thing or another, explained everything, showed and told, and also helped organize birthday greetings and resolved issues after eviction, there were a couple of little things, but Sergei solved everything, although we treated no one else, nothing helped us, especially the Russian-speaking guy in glasses at the reception, well, a very unpleasant young man, you can’t put people like that! the vacation was great! Recommended hotel for a winter holiday, in principle 5 days is enough for adults, we were 7, for children and 7 days is not enough

Nice evening to see lights and also quite a few designers shop. The evening show was nice for kids under 12 but only lasted about 15 mins. There quite a few candy shops which was nice and not soo pricey . We went in December and the evening weather was nice and not too cold.

Absolutely amazing the staff were excellent nothing was too much hassle. So friendly and will go out of their way to help you and children. A special mention to Senem, Ohram. I do feel that the hotel needs to include more for children under 3. The play area is very small and the park does not have many rides for children under 3.

Having done a day trip previous we decided to spend our week here in Kingdom hotel! Absolutely incredible hotel! Every aspect has kids in mind! The staff are so attentive and cannot do enough for you. The food is fabulous! Great selection, and the chefs are lovely too! Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. I'm a very particular person and usually find at least one thing to point out but not here! We will most definately stay again! The parks are superb! Food in the park mungo restraunt (inclusive) fabulous! It's worth every penny and more! We have another 5 days here and already we don't want to leave haha! Thank you to kingdom hotel staff, all of you are awesome!

We stayed at The Kingdom Hotel from 22/04 - 03/05 and this was by far the best family holiday we have ever been to! The whole area inside the hotel and outside is kept so clean and tidy at all times and the staff are incredible. The buffet is something you dream of. There's so much variety and the tastiest we've ever had! All members of staff definitely made our stay extra special. They took the time to learn my children's names, welcomed our family every morning with smiles and they couldn't do any more for us! The service provided was the best I've ever seen, especially during meal times. Outside of the hotel is stunning and there's so much to do such as the theme park, water park and shopping avenue which is minutes from the hotel. There are Dolphin shows at the water park every day at 2pm which is also a must see! We reserved for the meet and greet with the dolphins (extra cost but worth every penny) and got brilliant photos to look back on. There are always workshops downstairs for the kids, including gaming huts, arcade games and the Nissa Bar where you can get your refreshments that we took full advantage of. The boat shows at night were incredible, we had the perfect room with the full view of the show that we could watch from the comfort of our balcony! I'd like to thank Daria for her big welcoming smiles every time we sat down for our meals and her perfect service. And also Ceylan for always making my children smile with her animal noises, taking her time to interact with them and just being incredibly kind! We will return and recommend to family and friends!
