凱庫拉海灘汽車旅館(Kaikoura Beach Motel)

Located just opposite the sea is great. Free laundry room is the motivating point for me to return. Room is clean and spacious.

Newly renovated with very comfy beds and a great shower! Good location for a stroll into town in one direction and along the beach towards the headland in the other. Pretty much next door to the Dolphin Encounter business. Two efficient portable heaters came in handy as a winter let. So did the laundry. This could so easily be a top rated review with a few simple additions. Maybe the renovations are not quite finished? No clothes storage or even a hanging rail or coat hooks anywhere. More storage in the bathroom than the bedrooms or kitchen. A simple shelf in the kitchen area would give space for guests to park their food supplies if staying more than one night. Also a simple draining rack is needed in the kitchen - otherwise your plates could end up slipping off the counter whilst drying..

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay and wished we could of stayed longer at the Kaikura Beach Motel. We booked the Superior Room which was very spacious with a lounge, kitchen bathroom and a seperate bedroom with a very comfortable bed and an amazing view. We can’t wait to go back and stay there sometime.

Very clean, the lights were on for us to come into the room at night and the room was preheated which I felt was very thoughtful. I would absolutely come back here. I know the time of the year made this spot quiet but I loved the location next to the beach and the vibe

Wonderful location - just across the road from a stunning beach view and walkable into the main shopping street. The unit was spotless and everything was high quality - the only thing I would change is to add some pictures on the walls and some table lamps to soften the lighting, but the quality of the bed and the bathroom is very good. Great location, beautiful rooms. Price matched what we got for one night, however, if you stay more than one night you ave to pay extra if you want the room serviced, I.e. having clean towels and bedding, if you don’t want to pay for it, you then have to wash them yourself in the laundry room. Never had to pay extra for this service before and it wasn’t advertised when we booked, we saw it in the rooms information sheet. Otherwise lovely accomodation!

We had a wonderful stay but when I booked I said pay on arrival as that was a option and she was rude that i had not paid yet if they want payment when you book they just need to have that. They had sky but no movies on it 😔
