Excellent location & surroundings, lake view of room was the usp. Shikara ride and Kayaking was awesome 👍. All the staff were very helpful and the hospitality was up to mark. Must visit Alleppey.

Stay was awesome especially the view. The hotel was in front of the lake. Calming vibe just uplift your mood. Its like forget everything and be in that moment. Staff was also friendly. The hotel is at the outskirt of alleppey, so i suggest stay in that hotel and enjoy houseboat and various boating activities.

I booked stay at PMC lakeshore resort in Alleppey, I must say the property is very well maintained and it has THE BEST view from room.. it’s right in front of backwaters I ll always choose backwaters stay over houseboats.. Great stay at such a great price.. Also the host arranged shikara ride for me.. Food was excellent and staff was very co- operative.. I will definitely visit again..

The staff is incredibly helpful. We had a tour on the back waters with a small boat and it was beautiful! We asked the manager and the staff information on the next steps of our trip and they have been really helpful!

Our trip was one week long in Kerala and we stayed on 4 different properties and this resort is the worst of it all. Actually, the worst I've ever been to. The management is unresponsive. The climate was too hot and there was no power for so long. Awful management. They charged 7800 for the honeymoon suite on the "island" . Please don't book this room. It's an absolute waste! The food is a joke and they charge for everything. Please don't come to this property and waste your time and money. What I'm writing here is toned down a lot but the actual experience is way horrible.

Great value for money. We stayed at the resort for two days with family. The best thing about the place is the lake shore view from all rooms. The staff at the resort make it very comfortable On reaching ,we were received by Mr Ramesh , who helped us for activities like speed boat ride and shikara ride . One of the best shikara was arranged which was beautifully decorated with red velvet seats. We took two hours ride in the evening navigating through the backwaters . Next day we took a local government owned boat ride towards the city. The experience of travelling in the inland waterways system was amazing. People were very helpful in helping up around with jetty and stops The hotel arranged for kayaking next morning at very decent rates. We were dropped by hotel staff at kayaking points. The hotel manager and kitchen staff were very courteous and have us fishing equipment as well The resort has amazing view and is located little away from city which provides a more serene quiet atmosphere. Being vegetarian the hotel staff helped us by ordering some items on Zomato. If you compare the cost vis-à-vis location and options available to explore than you can truly say it as value for money.

Had a great time at PMC Lakeshore resort.Food was outstanding and the place is very well maintained. boating Facilities are very nice at a reasonable cost . Highly recommended for couples and families

Rooms are spacious and the scenic view of the lake from the room makes it special. We enjoyed the food and breakfast. The swimming pool experience was awesome. 😎. They provided us shikara boat for ride also . Only cons is that outside the room, there were lot of mosquitoes in the night. We had a memorable experience here in Alleppey. Thanks to the hotel staff and manager for their kind support and making our stay comfortable.

We booked a luxury two bedroom houseboat from the resort and enjoyed the hospitality of the entire team. The food was delicious, the sailing road was entertaining enough. The food menu was adjusted per our needs, and we received so many local treats! We had a wonderful ride but due to the heavy rain it was not beneficial for us to sleep on the boat. Therefore, we were offered to move to the resort where we spend the night. The rooms were clean and we'll equipped with all necessary stuff for the comfortable stay, even including the TV. The food served during the dinner and the breakfast was soo delicious! And the staff treated us like the most dearest guests. The next morning we were transferred by the speed boat to the car that was waiting for us. Thank you all for your hospitality and kindness!

The location is nice and pleasant. The property we'll maintained and clean rooms. You can enjoy the back water next to your door. The staff is very friendly and polite. I recommend for group families and friends.

This hotel is not for value for money. We booked this hotel for one night 24.08.2023 and we reached at hotel by road. Below are points we noticed once stayed in this hotel: 1. It's pathetic way to reach at this property byroad. 2. There was cockroach was moving on room wall. 3. Water was coming very slow from bathroom tap. 4. There was seelan patches on bathroom walls. 5. Towel which was offered during our stay are in very bad condition. 6. exhaust fan was making noise in bathroom. 7. We got only one item in morning in our complementary breakfast. 8. Dinner which we ordered was not proper cooked. (Daal was not properly cooked which was offered to us in dinner) 9. I will recommend everyone, please check other property for their stay in Alleppey. This property is definately not value for money.

We were 5 mom's and 6 kids during our stay here. While booking we had informed that we were strict veg and were looking for place which was child friendly. We were told that there were some games for kids and location was good. The location in reality is very remote and nothing closeby. The resort is too small, just what shows in pic 4 rooms and restaurant with no space to even stroll around. When we checked in, to our surprise the behaviour of the staff was extremely rude. Inspite of repeatedly telling them they didn't take the luggage for one and half hour...They turned dear ear to everything. When we asked for kids games or entertainment they said there was nothing available. We had a horrible time there. Being veg we had to order food from outside and when we asked for cutlery and bowls they gave us only 2 bowls saying they had limited inventory and had other guests to serve. Next morning was even more a nightmare, We had informed them prior that we shall have only toast since that wasn't made in their kitchen. Between 11 of us they gave us only 10 slices of bread and disappeared. Upon asking again and again and having a spank , they arranged for other loaf. They literally treated us bad. Our trip turned in nightmare. On the top of it the bathroom fittings were not working, intercom wasn't working. There was nothing correct in this hotel. I request all the family members to not make a mistake of booking this hotel. The rude behaviour and attitude is unacceptable.
