The advantage is that no one disturbs. There are refrigerators, micro stoves, induction cookers and other kitchen supplies in the house. You can buy food for simple processing. The balcony on the top floor is slightly more expensive, but the balcony is actually useless. Another thing that is not suitable is that the bathroom on the top floor is a floor-to-ceiling window.
