Το δωμάτιο χωρίς ηχομόνωση, οι τοίχοι από γυψοσανίδα, ακούγονται όλα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια αλλά και τα νερά από όλες τις σωληνώσεις. Η ντουλάπα εμφανή αλλά και χωρίς ύψος για παλτό φορέματα κρεμμαστρες σύνολο 4 , στο μπάνι ο τα νερά του ντους γέμιζαν όλο το χώρο δεν υπήρχε η κατάλληλη κλίση. Επίσης το δωμάτιο δεν ειχε και καθρέφτη για μακιγιάζ . Ο χώρος που σερβίρει πρωινό πολύ μικρός.

Ποικίλο πρωινό ,αρκετά ωραίο πλούσιο στη γεύση κ στην ποσότητα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν οκ ,όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο αλλά όχι και άσχημα. Τρομερό προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο πάντα χαμογελαστό. Τα 5 αστέρια για το πρόσωπικο αξίζουν!

Πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια, fluffy πετσέτες- μπουρνουζια και παντόφλες. Καλή μόνωση μεταξύ των δωματίων. Άνετο μπαλκόνι για τους καπνιστές. Είχαμε το δωμάτιο 206 (δίχωρο) και ήταν άνετο, με το μπάνιο να βρίσκεται στη μέση των δύο δωματίων ώστε να μη χρειάζεται να παρενοχλείται κάποιος ! Χρηματοκιβώτιο, 2 τηλεοράσεις και ζυγαριά(1η μου φορά σε τόσα ξενοδοχεία είδα ζυγαριά!) ήταν τα έξτρα που πρόσθεσαν στο δωμάτιο αυτό, το κάτι παραπάνω! Όμορφο πρωινό, όμορφη πισίνα και κήπος, το γυμναστήριο, έτοιμο, ώστε να διατηρήσεις τη φυσική σου κατάσταση , καθαρό και μαζεμένο . Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό , εξαιρετική !! Ευγένεια και αμεσότητα!! Από τους κύριους στην υποδοχή , το προσωπικό στο πρωινό και το προσωπικό του καθαρισμού. Πάρκινγκ άνετο, η περιοχή ήσυχη και καθαρή . Τόσο ο άνδρας μου, που είχε επαγγελματικες υποχρεώσεις, τόσο και εγώ, που ξανά είδα την πόλη της Καλαμάτας , απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας. Αν και μαρεσει να αλλάζω φιλοξενία και να μην επαναλαμβάνω τη διανομή, ώστε να έχω μέγιστη εμπειρία, το ξενοδοχείο αυτό με τις παροχές αυτές, έχει εξαιρετική τιμολόγηση. Ήρθαμε off season ( αρχές Νοεμβρίου) αλλά και πάλι ήταν value for money 100%!!

Le point fort de l’hôtel : l’attention et l’amabilité de son personnel. Pour le reste, cet hôtel ne justifie absolument pas ses 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont petites (à part la chambre pour les personnes à mobilité réduite) et ne sont pas charmantes. La couleur bleue, les rangements ouverts, l’aspect général meriterait d’être rafraîchi (papier peint daté qui se décolle, plinthes usées etc. …). L’espace piscine est beaucoup plus restreint que ce que laissent penser les photos. Il est cependant assez agréable, même si les matelas des transats sont tachés … Le petit déjeuner est classique, donc honnête. Le rapport qualité prix est globalement défavorable.

Llevamos 20 dias vaijando por Grecia y hasta el momento no nos había pasado nada igual. Habitación NO se corresponde a las fotos. La habitación familiar que nos asignaron era tan pequen̈a que no cabía la maleta (y de cuatro personas solo llevamos una maleta!): el plan que nos propusieron fue ayudarnos a sacar toda la ropa de la maleta para ponerla en cajones! Cuando preguntamos si podíamos cambiar de hotel dadas las circunstancias de espacio nos dijeron que ellos no nos devolvian el dinero ya que el plan ofrecido era bueno. Queríamos hablar con el manager que no se presentó ni quiso hablar con nosotros. En la estancia de los nin̈os solo hay un enchufe. No disponian de hojas de reclamación oficiales. Piscina pequeñísima y repleta de niños y adultos jugando a pelota. Para nada un 5 estrellas! Caro para lo que es!

Un peu déçu car il était indiqué 5* et bien qu’il soit très confortable ce n’est pas un palace ! Le personnel par contre est au TOP et au petit soin. Petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre (bien qu’assez bruyant), bouilloire avec thé et café et terrasse. Jolie petite piscine avec transats, ainsi qu’un parking privé gratuit. La vue et le cadre ne sont pas foux non plus mais il se situe juste à côté de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Un site internet trompeur, on a peine à comprendre qu'un tel établissement se voit vu gratifié d'une qualification par l'état grec de 5 étoiles qui est affichée à la réception. A l'arrivée, pas de portier, pas de voiturier, la première chose qu'on vous demande c'est votre passeport et de porter vos valises. Aucun service de conciergerie. Pas d'accompagnement dans la chambre. Chambre minuscule, il faut passer par dessus sa valise pour atteindre le lit. Les armoires sont à ciel ouvert, la salle-de-bain tout aussi minuscule. Pour obtenir une serviette pour la piscine il faut le demander, les serviettes sont enfermées dans une armoire. Niveau service, un barman qui semble perdu au niveau des cocktails et qui vous demande avant même votre commande votre numéro de chambre pour la facturation. Coincés par la pluie nous décidons de demander un encas vers 22.00. Alors qu'une famille vient de commander (il faut dire qu'ils n'avaient plus aucune électricité dans leur chambre depuis un bon moment) , on nous dit que la cuisine est fermée puis on revient en nous proposant ... des pizzas (certainement congelées) on fini par obtenir une assiette avec pour 2 : 2 tranches de salami, 2 tranches de jambon et 4 olives). Cet hôtel ne peut être un 5 étoiles ni même un 4 et encore il y des établissements 3 étoiles qui sont mieux à tous points de vue. Passez votre chemin et choisissez un autre établissement pour votre séjour à Kalamata.

Notre chambre très banale fonctionnelle Aucun charme Jeune fille à la réception très gentille

Abbiamo alloggiato con un gruppo di amici. Le recensioni lette prima di prenotare erano ottime. Purtroppo è stata una pessima esperienza. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera al pian terreno con ingresso dal giardino e davanti alla porta della camera abbiamo trovato diversi scarafaggi. La camera minuscola buia e senza acqua calda. Abbiamo chiesto di risolvere ma l'acqua calda e arrivata alla sera per l'ora di cena. Poi non c'era più l'acqua fredda!!!! Quindi la doccia l'abbiamo fatta nella camera di amici che viaggiavano con noi. Non ci hanno dato un'altra camera dicendo che erano al completo ma per un un 5 stelle il minomo è risolvere e trovare una soluzione per l'ospite. Le 14 stanze sono state prenotate a febbraio e pagate in anticipo.Cena improponibile e servizio al tavolo pessimo.Concordato per la cena bevande e menù ma le bevande sono state portate al tavolo dopo il secondo piatto. Cena servita in tavoli improvvisati e non in una sala da pranzo adeguata.Cibo sicuramente di un catering esterno. Nessuno a praticamemte.toxxato xibo. La proprietaria maleducata e non parla nemmeno inglese. Buona la colazione

I've just come back from another enjoyable holiday at Garden City. We stayed at apartment 606 which had a great view of the pool and was impeccably maintained and cleaned. The last visit (of many) was in January 2023, the pool was warm and well supervised by a very attentive Lifeguard. We enjoyed a warm welcome at the pool bar from all the staff there. The food was excellent. The sandwiches are probably much bigger than you would expect and are a meal in themselves. The apartment complex is very conveniently located for the beaches from Troya to la Pinta. There is a choice of restaurants on the doorstep, a small but well stocked shop near the complex entrance and a larger supermarket at San Eugeno shopping centre within very easy walking distance. I have no hesitation in recommending Garden City , especially for couples and families. Personally we use a taxi to come and go to the airport, the queues are not onerous and the fare around 25 euros each way. Reception can however arrange for a minibus transport to the airport if you book it a day before, which would be especially suitable for groups of four or more. Booked next visit before leaving , been there about 20 times Only gripe is sunbeds which are routinely "reserved" by putting towels on them all day but not using them all day. However in quieter months then there are sufficient sunbeds. Its a non issue for me as I seldom use them. There's an upper pool too, which is not heated to the same level, which is a bit chilly for January but great for March to October (imo). There's plenty of sunbeds there but you'll have to walk a short distance to the pool bar.

My family and I had the most wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel is very modern, very clean and nice but the best thing about it is the team./staff There is nothing better than staff that make you feel so comfortable and for this reason i would defintely recommend and stay again. Thanasis, Panayota, Panayotis, Xara, Evagglia, Olga and Vasia were all truely amazing and made a real difference to our stay in Kalamata. Aside from this the food and cocktails were also amazing and we ate at the hotel more times that we ate out. I highly recommend!.

Cosy hotel near the seaside center of the town. Nice clean rooms, excellent homemade breakfast (omelette) , friendly and professional staff. The perfect quit place to relax, enjoy the music and atmosphere, take a breath and start your holidays

Exepctional friendly staff, professional and kind attitude. Hotel is superior clean and nice. Fantastic Lounge Area with Pool. Location is calm and only 200m for from the beach site away. Rooms are all new and equipped with Balconies. A absolutely must visit.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was super friendly and polite, constantly asking us if we need something. The room was really nice. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, and a 20 minute walk to the center of the city.
