Clean and tidy, well run hotel.

Bed sheet & towels all yellow with stains all over them. First night electricity went off around 8:30 pm & not even a small contact from reception to offer a candle or solution. I would think a hotel would have a generator for emergency situations. Next morning when asked for fresh towels and water was told we never paid for those services which I didn’t know if we should pay separately. The worst hotel we have stayed, ever.

The reception staff were very obliging and efficient - breakfast choice was comprehensive and very satisfying - tasty food and excellent service. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. My only disappointment was in the unavailability of coffee from the expresso machine in the bar even though it was well before 8.00 pm

Stannade en natt i Kalgoorlie. Gjorde de rekommenderade sevärdheterna; Super pit, two up, Hannans north tourist mine, och var ganska klara med staden efter det. Var en söndag och kändes som staden somnade efter butiker och museer stängde. Gick annan stans än hotellet och åt då vi kände oss lite osäkra på det när det var dags för mat, då det inte var någon alls i restaurangen men när vi kom tillbaka var det full fart så hade nog testat den om vi hade gått ut senare. I övrigt en helt ok vistelse. Rummet var stort och rent och vi sov gott innan resa tillbaka till Perth dagen därpå.

My stay at The Plaza was for a work trip. I really enjoyed my stay. It was all neat and tidy. However, the room was not serviced for the whole 3 days of my stay.

Farina and the staff were outstanding. We stayed over Christmas and they made our stay relaxing and enjoyable
