Hotel staff say that they have not received any booking. No payment received by hotel. They are demanding payment for stay in hotel.

Vintage property and beautiful garden, good service from pratima and other staff. I loved the view from the property and i could finally see Cherry blossom Breakfast was yummy too

A heritage property and well maintained also.. From the 4th floor observatory you have a nice view of Mt Kanchanjenga ( If weather is clear)... All the staff is very courteous and respectful.. There is no Lift at the property, be ready for some good exercise!

Perfect family holiday resort.The location and view is excellent, serene ,sound of chirping birds while sitting in lobby area, perfectly maintained heritage property. Loved it Deolo hill point gives beautiful view of Kanchenjunga mountain range thats just breathtaking 360 degree view. Rooms are nice clean. Staff service is not upto the mark. Dinner food is delicious.

Miss Apsana, Receptionist has warmly welcomed us with charming face and helped us for check in and also squinting with the Hotel.ww had a nice stay and enjoy the facilities.

Sterling park kalimpong a beautiful resort located in the hills of kalimpong. The view from the hotel is majestic and you can see the clear view of Kanchenjunga I visited their with my company colleges and their we spent 3 nights and the food was really good. The service from the staffs was also good they all were very much supportive.its is really a beautiful place to visit i suggest everyone to visit this resort once in your life.

Had a business for business purpose, food was really good specially breakfast. Staffs were very courteous.. specially Binit. You can see the view of Kanchanjunga if weather is clear.

Our stay at Sterling Park, Kalimpong was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the hills. The food was outstanding — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Praitma, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The entire experience at Sterling Park was beyond expectations, and we would love to return soon!
