Service by the staff was excellent. Especially Suma was very helpfull. Recommend the restaurant. The best in Kalpetta. Top place for breakfast and dinner. We did not stay at the hotel. Rooms need attention. Cleaning and renovation. I will certainly Come back

We were here at this hotel for few hours only…just a stop over while going to another resort…the rooms are good, neat and clean. Break fast was very good, all staff are good. Since it’s a city hotel nothing much to do here, for a stop over it’s a best option

Hotel indriya offers a fantastic stay with its great location and top-notch hospitality from the moment you step in. The staff is exceptionally courteous, the facilities are excellent, and cleanliness is impeccable. A perfect blend of comfort and service!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay" "the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable" "the hotel was conveniently located and is easily found" "the food was good and great value for money" "the room itself was well equipped and comfortable. This is 4 star hotel but not upto the mark. They charge even for water bottle and much more than mrp. Extra mattress provided was not upto the mark of 4 star hotel. No one seems near to reception to be called out. We were getting late but couldn't checkout as no one was there.

the property is good, staff and hospitality is also excellent. but the breakfast is very minimal not up to mark so i advice not to take complimentary breakfast instead try kerala cuisine outside . so things such as hair drier etc were missing in our room which was present in the other room booked. dinner at the restaurant especially non-veg was good. over all had a good experience 👍
