It's nice they have a free breakfast with a bunch of different snacks. Nothing fancy but more than suitable.

as someone suffering from near blindness I found this room was by far the best we ever stayed in. The room had lots of natural light but also plenty of interior lighting that really aided my ability to be independent while staying. Other hotels should learn from this.

I have stayed a few times and always book the same room this time the fire place didnt work ,the light above it didnt work. The bedroom blind was broken and wouldnt open . I look forward to hsving my time alone and the fire place is one of my favorite parts . When you pay almost 300 a night everything should work. Maybe its time to try a different place. No recommendations to peopld to go there from me for now.

When i reserved the stay i wish they were honest. When i checked in with my family we were told there was no hot tub and pool as they were renovating it. If it said that on the ******* site i would not of stayed, i travel alot and need a hot tub to ease these old aching bones, and my daughter loves to swim. I was originally booked at a different hotel but canceled it to stay at this Holiday inn, worst move ever. The carpets were dirty and the OLD air conditioner was loud like a jet engine, you couldn't talk or hear tv while its on. The parking lot looked like a construction site. Wish i never canceled my previous choice, never ever again.

We specifically phoned the hotel directly and asked about the pool and hot tub as our grandson was joining us and he loves to swim. I was told on Tuesday by someone at the front desk that the hot tub was under going some maintenence but would be open on Friday.. i also asked if the pool was heated and was tol it was warm, 85 degrees. On Saturday when we arrived the hot tub was closed and the pool was too cold to swim in. My grandson could only stay in for a couple minutes and my husband even less. We are extremely disappointed in our stay. The whole purpose was to swim and hot tub and we were not told the truth about the facilities. We would not have booked there if we knew and feel we wasted our money at your horel. My husband has been a Holiday Inn member for many years and I am hesitant to continue staying at your chain of hotels.

Everything was great. The continental breakfast was very good food. My only complaint was the heater in the room wasn't working properly. It would go from hot to cold no matter what I set the temperature to. It was a little bit difficult to sleep because of this. But I figured out how to shut it off completely.

It would be great if the sites updated when there is renovation’s happening. We specifically stayed to have a pool and hot tub experience. There is an agreement to use a close by hotels pool and such, but if that was the case we would have just stayed at the other hotel. The renovations had no impact otherwise,

A staff member let another guest walk into my room. I was mortified and shaking after because I was not fully clothed. The guest had made a mistake and asked to be let into my room thinking it was one level floor higher. The manager compensated 1 night but I’m still upset over this.
