The check in was easy and Preet gave me a set of earplugs as I forgot mine. The room is clean but dated in terms of carpet and furnishings but good for price. There were no cups or mugs in the room but Preet was able to give me a cup. I would stay again. I would recommend the flooring be changed to brighten the room as that would make a huge difference. A/c worked great. Thank you.

Not a place to enjoy a nice quiet rest. Noisy. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable to sleep on. Room smelled like cigarette when we walked in. Tub backs up. Toilet size for a 5 yr old. Rough toilet paper. Some of the usual amenities one would take for granted because they're always there, not provided.
Not terrible place, but certainly worst we've been to.

The staff ensured I had a room on the ground floor, as I can't manage the stairs. The staff was very friendly and kind! The location is easily accessible to the hospital (which is the reason I was there). My only issue was there is no accessibility ramp, but there are only a few stairs into the property

My son accidentally booked a single bed and even though they had a two bed room they said because we booked with ******* they coukdn't make any changes. Therefore the room was basically unusable for us. Unacceptable and ridiculous.

This hotel bears no resemblance to the photos. Old tired no elevator for guests with luggage.
Rooms furnishings were old and stale smells. In the add they are new and impressive. Really disappointed

Very lumpy and soft bed.
Nowhere to sit other than the office chair which was damaged and the bed.
The sink was so loosely attached to the counter it moved every time you turned it on or off.
No elevator.
Smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Our stay here was okay. The room is clean. The door of our room is not working properly so it feels really unsafe. There’s no elevator or accessibility to stroller so if you have little kids it’s really hard as you have to use the stairs.

A great budget hotel, well located with friendly front desk staff. Pet friendly rooms are on the first floor and there was not an elevator so if you have mobility issues, be aware.

Room service didn't exist - even though it was advertised in the room, TV did not work properly (volume fluctuated), and the AC unit would cut out about every 45 minutes with an error code!
