It was an amazing stay at munyonyo resort, beautiful view of the lake and well maintained property. One of the best in the city, enjoyed the delicious food with exceptional service, the room was well decorated, spacious and cozy. All the staff were very friendly. Thanks for the good hospitality..

The friendliest staff and professional ever. Always ready to help. Very good morning buffet. Great facilities, beautiful, clean rooms and gardens with lake view. The Spa and pool areas are amazing. This place is home away from home for me.

Very clean, well maintained with proper lighting in the rooms and environment. Helpful staff and good meals who are always more than willing to help, The internet connectivity is so good. Proper time management when it comes to breakfast, break teas and dinner

My check in experience was terrible, the room had mosquitoes, the bathroom was flooded, the room lacked amenities, the boat booked was horrible, old and we where stopped boarding after reception confirmation, customer service is poor..

When we walked to the restaurant by the pub, they were playing a nice music. The problem was nobody came to take our order, even after we called the waiter they didn't respond. The worst thing is there were other white people who came right after us, they were shown their seat and were being served right away. We felt really discriminated and just left the place after 30 minutes of no service. This is no way to treat people. Please upgrade your services.

Well kept. Clean and with fresh breaths as gardens grow green throughout the year. The touch to lake Victoria is seen from the windows and you can walk around the place. Sit outside and sip your coffee/tea. Friendly workers. Be prepared to carryon enough cash as this place is somehow expensive compare to prices in downtown Kampala

Checked-in Friday 9Sept expecting to spend a relaxing weekend but the pricey room facing lake & swimming pool became a nightmare by the loud noises created by fabricators of an event company, not stopped until 2 am until complained heavily. Started again in few hours …! Management what’s the protocol for the event companies?

The stay was very amazing, very good amenities. The massage at Calabash was extremely relaxing and professionally done, Nyanja restaurant had very good food and an amazing band. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Since I entered the hotel to departure the hotel staff took great care of my stay special thanks to Mr Vivek Negi. He did make sure that everything was in place as I requested him thank you for accommodating me.

A luxury hospitality experience, attended wedding function, everything was as per expectations. i would like to say special thanks to Mr.Vivek Negi for such a lovely hospitality. Really enjoyed the function.
