Today on date 22nd/12/2025 at around 1400hrs, we experienced un professional behavior from Security team deployed at the entrance gate. We approached security operatives as per the protocol but unfortunately they ill treated us! First and foremost the reason was to have a happy accommodation at the facility due to long flights. The security team ordered us to remove our own buggage equivalent to 4 pcs with 32 inch bags, from the vehicle. That was quite un pleasant, their is no way a client can be asked to remove his luggage. Why would they not use scanners to scan the suspected items? Why would they be overly arrogant to us without not clear reasons? This unprofessional misbehave was un called for as a result we had to leave due to malpractice!

We had great experience upon our return, service is improved, quality of food, conference facilities. The sweet warm welcome smile from maria at reception lasted longer. Very friend staffs everywhere in the resort, shakira room attendant was so good to me as well. Thanks

It was an amazing stay at munyonyo resort, beautiful view of the lake and well maintained property. One of the best in the city, enjoyed the delicious food with exceptional service, the room was well decorated, spacious and cozy. All the staff were very friendly. Thanks for the good hospitality..

Bravo, keep it up, I enjoyed my brother's wedding Devis on the 29th June 2024. Enough parking, the staff from the security at gate are all well informed of the activities around the resort. Service Staff were so helpful, had fun I will absolutely come back.

The friendliest staff and professional ever. Always ready to help. Very good morning buffet. Great facilities, beautiful, clean rooms and gardens with lake view. The Spa and pool areas are amazing. This place is home away from home for me.

My check in experience was terrible, the room had mosquitoes, the bathroom was flooded, the room lacked amenities, the boat booked was horrible, old and we where stopped boarding after reception confirmation, customer service is poor..
