Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

It was a very bad experience. We went for our work in the morning requesting for room clean but in evening the room was in shabbles. No one bothered to attend the room. Moreover they started blaming us that we did not requested for room clean whereas we had specific instructions for room clean towel change. But they did not. Tyry do not even hda courtesy to say sorry. They fid not started the geneartor when there was no current. The intervom instrument was not working. Breakfast was cold and pathetic. No soap only hand wash for all things. All In all a oyo type product. Pathetic people.

I stayed for 2 nights in the delux room at hotel bhargav grand in early week of septa 23 and found the hotel to be lacking in basic amenities. There was a used coffee cup instead of a clean one. No teaspoon provided to prepare tea/coffee even though a water heater ***** with teabags/coffee satchet was kept in room. No stationery or even handtowels in the room. A small fridge could have been provided as room is quite spacious. Room needs maintenance, more frequent thorough cleaning especially the walls and a new coat of paint. Bathroom is very basic but with a towel rack on top of the commode which though interesting is very difficult to use. Again more thorough cleaning required. The lock in room was not working properly and i had to call housekeeping to get it recharged by sending it to the reception which again could have been avoided if the management had done their job. Food is okay okay nothing great. Some of staff was helpful. Location is not that great as it's far off from main shopping centers but it's near the airport. Few eateries are within walking distance from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with a lots of varieties.

The room was neat, the host was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with all the amenities and necessities. We were a little late to check out and the host could have charged us extra but didn't. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend

Ok. I was booked an executive room, but they provided me a room with two separate beds, no master bed, that's what i found very unprofessional and the room charge was rs3700, not acceptable. Better rooms available at cost of rs3700/ in a 3-4 star hotel. Service was good, food was good. Price- unfair, room provided- not justified with price and the bed

The property is a great stay and budget friendly. For those while like art and aesthetic, they would simply love the stay around here. It captures the traditional artefacts of northeast india ***** with modern fixtures. Location is also good with all connectivity and you can walk around to explore food joints nearby.

Staffs was very friendly, the food was good, rooms were clean too. For a short trip and a quick rest, it's a very good choice. Reception and Food service was very prompt. Reasonable rate and easy to explore.
