Location and ambience of the property is excellent, it is in a clean natural environment. Air is very clean and healthy.

I have been visiting this place for the past 7 years. Love the ambience, hospitality and food here. Especially love spending time near the pool area. We have had many pool parties and it is always a pleasure to visit this place. Located between the hills, I highly recommend you to visit this property. Experience of a lifetime.

It a pleasant place to stay and nice environment would like to thanks Mr Ali for his service. Food should be 24/7 for guest.

Let me share my experience since I’ve been here in Dichang resorts..The waitress was a crook…She didn’t even tell me that she already got our payment bill and I had to pay for it twice when I asked my money back she won’t reply…I even send the picture of my transaction

It was not a pleasant stay at all. I booked for the executive suite for myself n my family etc. I called for the room service n ordered for 2 more bathing towels for my children but to my utter disappointment the staff replied that since u have a double bed, we should be happy with 2 bathing towels. I asked for a 2 bottles of mineral water n the reply was i have to pay for the request etc. It may be mentioned that i have booked my stay reservations n the money was debited from my account for the above mentioned reservations etc but to my utter surprise i was charged 2k on my arrival at the reception n the reasons best known to the management team. Since am travel-ling with my family n it was worth mentioning that i’ve not come for a pleasure trip but i came for my son’s review checkup at guwahati etc the restaurant people were horrible n we had to wait for hours to get our complimentary food etc. Nevertheless this is my last visit in this resort. Wat a terrible experience

The stay was good and the staff working there are very helpful. However taking a room on 1st floor is better

It was really good 👍.And it was awesome clean and friendly and well adjusted. Clean 🧼 .and eco friendly

When i entered the room, i shocked. Because the room was not as expected there on such amount of price i paid. In other words, it was overpriced. The room and bathroom was found with a little bit bad smell. For this, i used my personal body spray to banish this bad smell.

Had a one day stay. Service has to be improved, specially the staff behaviour. While it shows that pool services are complementary, initially the reception told that it is not after we reached. Then they allowed but the staff who was managing the pool was v rude.He firstly said you can use for only one hour and then was loudly following through saying your hour is over.This is inspire of us staying in the property.The behaviour was outright disrespectful.The food was ok 👍🏻. needs to update whether the pool services are complementary or chargeable. Below average stay!

Food delivery time is too long. Have to wait for a long time. Unable to close one window as it is defective.

The 300 rs lodges at stations are better than this so called resort

The hotel is very nice. The room is also of very premium quality. The food is also delicious. Staff behavior is nice. Overall very good. Hotel location is very nice. Child & family friendly location

The location of the property is awesome with great hospitality from the staff but the restaurant facilities wasn't really up to the mark. The chairs & tables were of inferior quality although the food was fine

In terms of safety yes it's very good.I found the place quite hygienic and the location is also beautiful enough and easy to reach.
