‎We whole family went to Dishang today a, we reached a little earlier and a little later. those who came first ordered some food and were eating, but for those who came later, food had to be ordered but no one was taking the order, there was Lake of staff or I don't know what, then I got up and said please take the food order, then a staff came and as soon as we mentioned coffee for ordering, he answered coffee is not here available , and suddenly he goes away without listening to our complete order, whereas we had to order more, then after some time we go again and he says brother take the food order,Then stuff came to our table and as soon as we started telling the order, noodles one...he wrote and suddenly he started leaving that place...I said brother listen first after completing the order, write down the rest of the order also, where are you going...then he gave a reply said " kouk . What a experience aaaah . ‎But we must appreciate about food, it was so tasty and we loved it so much 😍

Excellent place to unwind with a lot of activities.Food is very good.Enjoyed the swimming pool, go karting and the walks in the sprawling property

Very spacious rooms with all amenities. Comfortable beds and well equipped washrooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Excellent quality and quantity of food at the restaurants. Tea/Coffee not served other than breakfast times. Resort lacks maintenance.

absolutely pathetic hotel. pls don't go and book by seeing . the room was shaddy, water leaking out of room from bathroom, absolutely non cooperative staff, food was pathetic and more u get disturbed by crows n birds hitting your glass windows non stop early morning. hotel has no support, I asked for iron, instead they said we don't have iron, but we have laundry facility, chargeable. worst hotel stay experience ever. will suggest customers to book any other place nearby, but don't book Dichang resort. there isn't anything like resort in here.

The stay was pleasant, very nice behaviour of the staff. Resort was very very clean and sorted. A trip of a day will be an excellent experience! lastly the food was apt, liked by all.

The property is good but the service is horrendous. The room was not properly cleaned. In the blanket, we found strands of long hair which i assume of the previous guests who slept on the bed. The room service did not clean it properly before checking us in. We had breakfast included in our stay, so when we called the reception in the morning about where we could go to have our breakfast, they informed us there will not be any buffet because there was a wedding taking place on the property that day. The breakfast hall was reserved for them only. We can however order our breakfast in our room. Also, there was a restriction on how much we can order, because when we asked for two sandwiches and a paratha they said we can only order one and not two. I have never heard of such breakfast rules in any hotel or resort i have stayed in. After checking out, they refused to drop us to our cab waiting at the main gate. They had this electric rickshaw to drop the guests to and from the main gate. But they made an excuse that it wasn't available at the moment. So we had to take our luggage with us and walk to the main gate from our cottage and not a single staff came to help. It was disappointing. I will not probably choose this place the next time.

1. Correct room not allotted due to wedding in the resort. 2. Even after asking for bowl for ‘dal tadka’ multiple times, the same was not provided. 3. Every service is delayed. 4. Cold food provided.

Room quality is good and staff behaviour also good but breakfast was very bad which they served as complimentary

I stayed at disang for one night, and upon entering my room, i discovered a cockroach on the floor. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the basin was clogged, indicating low hygiene standards. Room service was slow, and it would be beneficial for the resort management to improve this aspect. At night, the air conditioning unit leaked, and my clothes, which i had placed on the table beneath it, ended up damp. I recommend checking the ac system first thing in the morning. Additionally, i found that a buffet breakfast was not available only room order available which is surprising for a resort in this price range. In today's market, many comparable resorts provide a buffet breakfast, so i urge the management to consider this offering.

Location and ambience of the property is excellent, it is in a clean natural environment. Air is very clean and healthy.

I have been visiting this place for the past 7 years. Love the ambience, hospitality and food here. Especially love spending time near the pool area. We have had many pool parties and it is always a pleasure to visit this place. Located between the hills, I highly recommend you to visit this property. Experience of a lifetime.

It a pleasant place to stay and nice environment would like to thanks Mr Ali for his service. Food should be 24/7 for guest.

Let me share my experience since I’ve been here in Dichang resorts..The waitress was a crook…She didn’t even tell me that she already got our payment bill and I had to pay for it twice when I asked my money back she won’t reply…I even send the picture of my transaction

It was not a pleasant stay at all. I booked for the executive suite for myself n my family etc. I called for the room service n ordered for 2 more bathing towels for my children but to my utter disappointment the staff replied that since u have a double bed, we should be happy with 2 bathing towels. I asked for a 2 bottles of mineral water n the reply was i have to pay for the request etc. It may be mentioned that i have booked my stay reservations n the money was debited from my account for the above mentioned reservations etc but to my utter surprise i was charged 2k on my arrival at the reception n the reasons best known to the management team. Since am travel-ling with my family n it was worth mentioning that i’ve not come for a pleasure trip but i came for my son’s review checkup at guwahati etc the restaurant people were horrible n we had to wait for hours to get our complimentary food etc. Nevertheless this is my last visit in this resort. Wat a terrible experience
