Great Staff, Fabulous property and absolutely luxurious rooms

I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing dining experience we had at Dhani Restaurant on the evening of 11th September 2024, during what was supposed to be a celebratory dinner for my birthday. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by two significant incidents. Firstly, the pizza we ordered was served with a burnt crust. When we pointed this out to the chef, we were met with an argument, wherein he mentioned that the outer part of the crust is not consumed by most customers, so it was acceptable for it to be burnt. This response was not only unprofessional but also dismissive of our concern about the quality of the food. Additionally, we were put in an awkward situation when my wife and child requested a small cake from the hotel staff to mark my birthday. Despite this being a special occasion, we felt embarrassed by the need to plead for this small gesture. Ultimately, it was only after the issue with the pizza was raised that the staff arranged a cake, but the experience by then had already been soured. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, as it reflects poorly on the otherwise good reputation of the hotel. We left feeling quite disappointed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding how this will be addressed.

Came to office event and it was good spot to hangout. The food and service was very good. Chittaranjan took care very well, nice arrangements welcome procedure. service is good . we enjoyed this event we will visit again with family and friends again. thanks

有健身房和泳池，這點不錯。健身房設施較為齊全，泳池比較小，也就意思一下。 房間都不大，早餐還可以，嘗了下本地的煎餅，有驚喜～

Worst room service ever , staff behaved not good enough. I adjusted lots of thinks . And we fight for good foods , I don’t visit hereafter and I am not suggested to anyone to stay , need to improve the room quality

Hotel is close Sri Varadarajaswamy temple in Kanchi. Walkable distance from the temple. However, it’s a bit far from Kamakshi amman temple. Staff are courteous and can provide with any additional requirements. Hotel is clean and value for money. Stayed two times whenever we visited Kanchi.

Stayed at this hotel from 27-29th Januray 2024. Rooms and the linen were very clean, toiletries and one bottle of water were provided. Electric kettle also was available upon request. Staff at the reception were very courteous and helpful. The vegetarian restaurant at the ground level ”Sai Sankeeth” was very good and clean. We enjoyed meals and tiffin also. We came to know about The Paradise from Trip Adviser Reviews and thank you.

Best room , hotel and best staff for family, especially sakthikumar and danuj ( bell boys) 😍😍😍. Good place and centre to reach temples.easy access to restaurants ( veg and non vegetarian) . Opposite of Chennai silk easy access for shopping.

Highly recommended for groups seeking top-notch service and easy access to the cultural wonders of Kanchipuram.

Stayed in deluxe double room. Booked through a recommendation from friend. Very good hotel to stay with family. Reasonable prices. Good rooms. Nearer to Kamakshi temple and Kanchi mutt. Friendly reception. 24 hours hot water and quality AC room. Very good eatery choices nearby.
